Hours after purchasing the initial services/product, I was clicking in the app to become more familiar with the services available. When I clicked on a link, I did not know that additional charges would accrue. I immediately checked my bank account and noticed the charges. Within 10 minutes, I submitted an email to the company. I have not used the initial services; therefore, I would not purchase additional services.

The name of our company is COMPLETELY KETO, not KETOAPP. We do NOT sell any form of pills or detox. We do not have an App. We sell a program called Speed Keto.
Please go back and double check the contact information as we do NOT sell any form of pills, detox or gummies. Our programs can only be purchased only via our website. Our program CANNOT be purchased through an App. We sell a 31 day meal plan called SPEED KETO. There is a one time fee of $39 to purchase/join our program. The program can be purchased from our website: ***********************************
*********** is not our website or company. You can try and locate the correct company by either checking previous emails they have sent or by simply checking the credit card statement where the company information should be located.
I will assure you, COMPLETELY KETO CORP. is not the company listed on the bank or credit card statements.
If they cannot locate the information for the company in question, please have them contact their bank/credit card company so they may further assist them with this matter.
