    I would like to make you aware of my situation. On May 14,2023 I booked a Caprina Exterior floorplan with a move-in date of June 22, 2023. Based on the execution of this lease I terminated my lease with my former apartment. On May 15, 2023 I drove by the unit and wasn't sure if it was in fact an exterior unit. I made a call to the leasing office to inquire if it was an exterior unit and was reassured that I had indeed booked an exterior unit. Upon moving in I noticed that that the unit was not an exterior unit, and was told that there were no exterior units available. I had no alternative but to move in as planned due to the termination of my previous lease. Today, I went online and found an exterior unit that is in fact available, but not 100% finished, seems that it currently needs some "punch list" items, door handles, cleaning, some appliances brought in from the garage etc... I had movers available today and was willing to make concessions to move in prior while allowing the unit to be finished while living in it so as to not delay the move any further. I was informed that I could move in as long as I signed off on the fact that the unit was unfinished. I am able to work around that. After arranging my movers, truck, and trailer I was told that I was able to move in but not for the contractual rate. This is unacceptable to me! I kindly ask for your help in this matter to get me into an acceptable unit that I booked per contract. On a lighter note, I have been here for 2 days and really enjoy the community, just require to be in the unit I requested. I would also like to say that ****** has been a pleasure trying to assist in this situation, however others in the office have been very abrasive and not helpful in the slightest. I truly hope that this matter can be resolved in a timely manner and The Seabourn does right by us. Please reach out to discuss further @ ************.Thank You,*****************************
