  Weve been dealing with Ocean Air since 2021. Our original contact was ****. He came for our regular check up servicing. We decided to put in a new system. We contacted *** and the next morning they were on property installing our system. They were very professional. They showed up on time. They had a truck that showed up and they loaded our old equipment, cardboard and all packing debris. They swept the entire area when finished. They all worked so well together. We would highly recommend Ocean Air.

  Since 2019 I have been using Ocean Air for yearly routine maintenance services at three properties, and even purchased a new 5ton Lennox in 2021. Throughout the years, I have received services from many of the technicians: Nick, Oudy, Cristian, Joe, and all of them are throughout. I feel they take their time to ensure a clean unit with clear pipe. I ask tons of questions as I like to understand what they are doing, and all of them answer my questions and offer suggestions on how to maintain the Air Conditioning unit. I trust Ocean Air to give reliable service and fair pricing, which has made me a loyal customer!

  I've lived in ******* my entire life. There are certain companies that you find out immediately that you cannot trust especially when it comes to air conditioning companies BUT there is one company that I have been working with for the past several years and I have to say they are the most honest, competent intuitive and great to deal with and that is *** *****, and his entire staff are the most competent and technically ************ I have ever done business with in this new recent ******* carpet bagging industry. Trust me when I say that you will never have an issue or a problem With Oceanaire, I will never use any other air-conditioning company again. I personally would like to thank *** for all his help and making an unpleasant situation. Perfect!

  I couldn't have had better service from Ocean Air and Residential. My air conditioner died in the middle of a major heat wave. I was having a new air conditioner installed and there were some problems which ******** worked diligently to troubleshoot and resolve. He worked late into the evening and because they couldn't find the problem immediately, purchased a portable air conditioner for my bedroom so that I could get some sleep. Where else can you get service like that? This is a really professional company and cares about providing good service to its customers.

  Total scam artists. Technician came and spent entire time making multiple trips back to his van to waste time and lengthen what he knew was a simple 5 minute repair. Furthermore, he attempted to upsell me Freon ( no surprise thats every ac companies favorite tactic ) when the ** was blowing cold and I had asked him how many pounds were needed and he was not able to give an answer. I had already known that the issue was the capacitor ( a $13 item on Amazon ) was quoted at $325??????? And a furthermore $125 for the technician just to show up. After already wasting time looking around and fiddling with irrelevant things he swapped the capacitor in 30 seconds and continued his **T of doing his diagnostics. He also attempted to leave without giving me a receipt in which I followed him to his van. And he told me that it was sent to my email. Then when I asked what email it was sent to. He realized his lie wouldnt work and proceeded to hand me the phone to type my email in and I sent it to myself. Ocean air is a complete and utter disgusting inhumane bottom feeding greedy worthless company who has ZERO honesty and fair service. Be absolutely AND utterly ashamed of yourselves for STEALING and being thieves of your own community that you swear to serve.
