Claire Marie England – KEB Management My husband and I had a horrific experience with Johnson's Tree service last Thursday. The young man trimming the trees became combative, videotaped me and then showed the video to his coworkers. I called 911 - which he threatened to do - and we are still afraid of retribution. I phoned Johnson's Tree Service and they promised to call back, but never did. Johnson's Tree Service just throw everything they cut down, with no care to what they're doing below them. Ken Bloom is aware that my husband has had issues in the past. The plants on our property are nearly nonexistent. We want our plants replaced and if that company is going to continue to be a vendor for San Remo, we want to be assured that they will cut the palm tree without ruining our plants and property. Claire to me: “I cam out right after you came out and addressed Johnson Tree's services workers. They do a good job and they took there time and were trying to be careful. Some of your bushes I noticed are already dried and brittle and if a branch hit that bush it would have broken. They were using saws intentionally to prevent any damage to homeowner's homes and vegetation. I talked to the workers and saw the video it got pretty intense. " Me: my husband and I are paying your salary, why didn’t you knock on my door to speak with us? You responded – just to me, not the board members who were copied to my email in this way: “Karran, I think you took my email the wrong way, I am on no one side in this situation.” The threatening bully from Johnson’s Tree Service REFUSED. My husband heard him call me a ***** (as I’m sure you heard, in the videis) Were they deleted? HE WAS ON MY PROPERTY ILLEGALLY!!!! You are very much on one side, and it isn’t mine. You said my bushes are already dried and brittle. Could it be because the irrigation is horrible and always has been? What is KEB doing about my dry and brittle landscaping? NOTHING!!
