I was texted a message that said I would receive a $100 Gift Card for scheduling a free no obligation window estimate. I scheduled the estimate and met with them on 5/7/25. I have not received the gift card and it has been 4 weeks.

These gift cards are electronic and are sent via email directly to the consumer. We sent the initial gift card on 6/10, but the consumer did not receive that email. We re-sent gift card today, 7/22/25, I spoke with consumer on the phone and confirmed receipt of gift card email and explained how to redeem.

This company was paid $30,000.00 in full to complete my hurricane windows and sliding doors. My doors still have not passed inspection because they removed ************** and structural engineer and building department said it must be replaced. I have contacted them numerous times and it's still not done after 1 year and 7 months since it failed inspection. The installers also installed the doors and hardware backwards and had to be fixed. That was corrected but my beam is not and still has not passed inspection. I cannot sell my house until that is completed.

We are working with our engineer to get this fixed and completed, with a letter to be submitted to the building department for the inspection. Once we get the netter needed from the engineer we will review and speak with ***** on a time frame to remove doors, replace aluminum tube with a steel column. We are sorry it is taking longer than expected.

Our sliding glass door track is defective. Armorvue acknowledges this. I contacted them in October about the problem of noise and bumping when opening and closing the glass slider. They sent a technician to replace the door rollers. I waited 1 month for replacement rollers and this was after several calls to ***, the service manager. When the second technician replaced the supposedly defective rollers I noticed at that time the lower track had bumps on it. I contacted the manager who told me the manufacturer was no longer in business and he would try to locate a track that would fit our door. After weekly phone calls to *** he finally said he found a track and would send someone over at a time agreed on. The technician did not come and when I called I was told the installer was hurt. *** then sent a technician out to replace the track. The technician started by rubbing oil at the bumps. I told him I wanted the track replaced. He said he did not feel comfortable replacing the track. My husband called *** to request he send someone else to do the job. He was told his installer was hurt and he was unsure when that employee would be available. We have a lifetime warranty for the door and I feel Armorvue has been stalling correcting this problem. I would appreciate any feedback from you or any support you could give me.

The door she has was fixed. We had to find the part that was needed to fix her issue. We removed the entire door and reset with new bottom track, the customer was happy.

Armorvue installed two new hurricane resistant glass doors on 4/20/2022 off my kitchen. They processed the building permits, etc. for the wrong doors resulting in the city inspection to fail on 5/18/2022. They advertised project completion through the final inspection. Despite many telephone conversations they have not yet , over 6 months, filed the correct permits or scheduled a new inspection.

Please be advised we have spoken *************** today and informed him his permit is in progress and job will be completed shortly.

He is OK with job at this point per todays conversation

I am rejecting this response because: Due to many attempts, I will not remove my complaint until both doors have been successfully inspected and the job completed to my satisfaction.
