  No phone calls before arriving. No one double checked the permit status after 3 months of waiting. Permit not submitted correctly the 1st time. Inspection not done after 5 months because they didn't tell the city what needed to be inspected. No communication from the company. I had to do all the follow up and make phone calls to get things done. Placed the order and completely disregarded after that. No response to the review either. Currently waiting on a call back that was supposed to be 5-10 minutes. Do not use this company. There are too many others to choose from that may respect your time

  After 5 emails and several phone calls, the damage that Armorvue caused in my home has been completely ignored by the local staff and corporate office. They never denied that the damage, but went silent when it came to reimbursement.I would not recommend that anyone hire them.

  ***** from armorvue came to fix a screen that was very hard to get out. He did a very professional job. I'm very happy with the screen now and with *****'s professionalism. I would highly recommend armorvue.

  Impact windows look great. Installation was amazing. 6 man crew working together replaced 14 windows in less than 6 hours. Two weeks later EJ and Sammy arrived to meet inspector from city, then finish off the windows, and do a couple of repairs. They replaced a cracked window sill. They worked efficiently and expertly. Very pleased with Armorvue

  I contracted with Armorvue in 2020 for $20,500 of new windows and doors and the project was completed in ********************************************* on of the bath window sashes. I was told the material was on order and would be handled as a service item. I continued to follow up with them for over a year with no response and finally gave up and chalked it up to experience.HOWEVER, three years later, in April of 2024, out of the blue, I was contacted by Armorvue's NEW service department and they apologized for the overdue response. When I inquired, they advised there was a new management and they were working to correct old grievances.They then scheduled a service appointment for the following week. The service techs, ** and ***** showed up exactly on time and then proceeded to skillfully replace the incorrect glass.They were quick, efficient, clean working and very courteous.Based on my latest experiences, I would recommend Armorvue for windows and doors.

  E.J. was awesome! He went above and beyond to adjust our double back doors so they now work like "butter". Exemplary customer service, explained everything to us, let us try the doors, and made sure they performed to our expectations. 5 stars to E.J. and Jay at Armorvue!

  I was pleased with the service call from EJ. He called to let me know what time he was going to respond and showed up as promised. Window was replaced in 45 minutes. Clean up was done after the work. I am satisfied.
