    I had my roof power washed by this company on 10/23/2023. I waited a few weeks before initially calling as I was told it may happen and grow back. The entire edge of the grass alongside my house is dead in both my yard as well as my neighbors yard who put down new grass right before the cleaning. My yard edge along with my neighbors yard is and has been dead since this point. On multiple occasions I have reached out, both by phone and email, and have not received any reply back from a manager or owner. I also have sent multiple emails regarding the problem I am currently having and have been assured the information was provided to the owner/manager; still no response. This email information was last provided to the manager on 3/14/24. I also have been keeping track of calls in to the business and whom I have spoken with, which notes should be in the system along with my name and my concern/problem. I have been calling about this problem since my appointment back in October. I have called on January 8th 2024, February 2nd 2024, March 13th 2024. As you can see I am averaging about one call a month regarding this issue and not once have been given any resolution whatsoever. Im hoping the BBB can get a resolution out of this problem as apparently I am not a priority to respond back to.
