    I have been attempting to communicate with someone with Zelenko since February 2025, and have not yet received a reply.

    I signed up with a subscription for the * stack for adults and children. I was told I can cancel it anytime there is no phone number to call them that doesnt refer you back to the web our email. I sent one email 4 to 5 months ago told him to cancel my subscription. I was told it was canceled two months ago. I got another indication they were gonna send me another supply. I called and canceled it again. This time they didnt ship it to me the person asked about the **** said no weve tried it. My kids dont like it Subscription in the mail so that was the second time I had to call and cancel and it didnt work . I just finished and I was gonna get the Better Business Bureau Involved. When you Log into their website with your account its impossible to find a place to cancel your subscription. Its very deceptive. There is never a shipping label, inserted with the product either to show the order number.

    We have documentation of all communications with ***** regarding her purchases. She emailed us on 11/4/24, and again on 11/6/24 regarding the subscription in question. 

    We responded to her 11/4/24 9:51am email within 7 minutes and refunded the order in question. 

    She has received her contested order at no charge, and she was refunded for the purchase.

    As stated on our website and in all email communications with our customers, we can be contacted via email to assist with any questions or concerns.

    I ordered z-stack for children. This was ordered in July. They have yet to send me my order. I received an email August 5th. Telling me they were going to send my order on that coming Friday. To no avail have received anything. They did this before last year. Same senerio, I don't know why I trusted them again. I want a refund. I'm moving out of state. I want my money back.
