    On June 6th, 2025 I ordered a pureviva supplement, "Lean response" from a company ********. On June 16th the check for $79.94 was cashed. As of this date I have not received the product. My attempts to locate and contact the company have been unsuccessful. I have given up my search, and I assume that either I have been scammed or the product was sent and never arrived. I assume the former. I send this complaint to you just so other potential buyers will be warned.

    On 12/02/24 I ordered 3 bottles of Expand 4x 60 count capsules. I used one and product did not help me at all. There was a guaranteed 3 months return policy for full money back if not satisfied - no questions asked. I called and received a return authorization given to me by **** - return authorization number V37031780000 on 1/02/25. I returned 2 bottles after having tried one bottle. I had paid a total of $107.90 for their product (3 bottles altogether). To date, I have not received a refund in any form. I called again on 2/21/25 and spoke to *******, who assured me my refund had been authorized and would be returned to my credit card within 2 weeks. Nothing came. I then called again on 3/27/25 and spoke with ****, who apologized for the oversight and said they were sending me a check for the refund amount in total. Never received.

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. We never heard from the company but we just received our credit card statement from last month and we are happy to see that we did finally receive our refund for the product in the amount of $99.95.

    i gave a check for ***** on feb. ****** the check cleared on march 3 2025 on mar 18 i called and asked where my order was i the next week iwaited till april 2 and no product i called and asked for my money back and after a long talk i was it would be 4 or4 an half weeks if they do give back my money they usad it for 2months and maybe two and ahalf months this isn't the way to do business

    Entered by BBB staff AT. On January 17, 2025 the consumer ordered a supplement and sent a check for $79.90. In February, the consumer called the business to check on the order and was told it was on backorder. In early March the consumer called the business because she had still not received her order. She said she wanted to cancel the order. The business told her they would refund her money. It has been 2 weeks and she has not received the refund. The consumer would like her money refunded.

    I purchased supplements from them in 2024 that was to use with a money back guarantee if it didnt work. Upon sending it back, as it didnt work, they have given me the run around for 6 months about sending my money back. Every time we speak its 7-10 days but it never comes and they tell me the same story each time.

    Receiving pornographic material from this company with many small kids in my house that go to the mailbox. I am disgusted that my children have seen the images they have because this company thinks they can mail stuff out like this, this needs to be stopped
