      It was emailed to me that the part will be delivered on the twelfth and again on the fifteenth. But, meantime Im getting a bill for storage for $50 a day. So Im up to $250 in storage bill. Just called and Im sent straight to voicemail

      On 10/31/2023 on invoice number A2K9319 I ordered parts from Star Auto Parts for $350.00 I never received the parts. I have called numerous times, faxed the invoice, left messages and no one has ever returned my call. I have tried for over a year to get my money back.

      3/14/2025 I ordered a rear glass windshield replacement and they broke my glass and I been trying to get my money back and I have not received my money . The amount was 395 dollars

      Hello Good Morning,

      Please be advised that you were refunded long back and your refund check was sent out and we even sent you the copy of the check for your reference. However once you placed the order we advised you that it will take us some time to work on this part. But you kept calling every single day asking for tracking number even after we said it will take time to you get the part but However when we tried to ship the part it got damaged during the shipping which is not  our fault but we still tried to help you out. But you kept calling us and used inappropriate words on our staffs. we please request you to do not call us back again and dont do such things to any of the business again. Thank you!

      Star auto parts . Said they were going to refund me for parts they could get . For the amount of $175 . They never sent me my refund . Everyone I call they said they are sending it . Only for it to never come . First they said they would refund my card . Never did . Then said they would send me a check it never came . This has been going on for on for a couple months now . I would also like to file a complaint about the fact that it was almost 2 mouths for me to get all my parts . They promised me that I would get my parts within 10 days . It says it rite there on there website . Because of this I when past the 30 days allowed by my insurance company for the rental car . Costing me an additional $160 dollars . For the extra rental days . They said they would also pay that and never did . The gentleman sales and service representative I was speaking to name is ******. He is a very untruthful person. Thanks for your time in this matter . Hopefully we can get this resolved.

      On 1/20/2025 ordered a turn/park signal assembly for a 1995 Chrysler LHS. Was told that I would be sent a photo of the part before the transaction would be approved, giving me a chance to cancel the order. On 1/23/2025 my account was deducted the amount of $205.00 before receiving any photos of the part. Tried calling Star Auto Parts back and cannot get anyone to answer. Now I have to go through my credit union to get this resolved. I have read some other complaints about this company and this seems to be something that they do to unsuspecting consumers.

      Purchased a 2012 **************** for $2k that they claimed had 59k miles on it. Not even 15k miles driven and motor started knocking and clunked out. I believe they are selling duds and lying about the mileage so they can get top dollar. Called to price another motor 110k miles for $1800 they suck!

      JUNE 7 2024 Ordered a Rare Part for my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. Cntre Consol Cover Bage. Size 1 ft 8in Basically a Plastic Substrate covered with Vinyl. Mine the plastic Substrate was Cracked. Called Star Auto Parts ************** attention *******. They sourced the part and sent it . Right part but Cracked Substrate like my original. $ 300 usd + $147 *** Boarder crossing charge C.O.D. Called them for a Refund and they insisted they send another one . Repeat problem as the 1st part. Sent it back . They said they would refund 1.5 months ago. No Response. Called twice and twice was told they would get back . No response. I got my C.O.D. Refund from *** . Nothing from *********. That's $ 414 Canadian I'm out ????

      Purchase Alternator on 10.04.24 was suppose to be shipped and received within 72 hours. Called on 10.09.24 Wednesday had not been shipped at all. Told me it would be picked up by 3 pm that day and shipped. I requested a tracking number in which he would not supply nor take my calls afterwards. I feel like I have been scammed out of $250.00 from this company and seeking damages or resolution.

      On 8/7/2024 I purchase a 1996 ****** Tercel Transmission MT 5 Speed from this location, they assure me it was the correct transmission as this is very difficult to find, when the transmission arrived it was a 4-speed transmission instead of a 5 speed. When I call the place, they told me that it was my assumption that it was not the correct one, I mentioned to them I have been working with cars for more than 20 years and can very well differentiate a 5 speed from a 4 speed. I mention to them that I would like to send it back since it's no use for me, they agreed to receive it back, but they told me that I would have to do the arrangements to send back myself and they will refund the money once it was received. I sent it back and sent them the receipt for the shipping cost as well to get everything refund however, they only refunded the amount for the transmission and NOT the shipping of the wrong transmission which was $563.42. So now I do not have the transmission and I'm five hundred dollars less because of something that it was not my fault. I try calling them, and they block my number. My wife called, spoke with some guy named "****** *** that said in 30 minutes I was going to receive an email with the shipping refund information and of course I never got the email or the refund and now they have blocked her number as well.

      Transmission was rusted. Transmission was wrong one.Not the right unit, Internal parts were not functional.
