Last night I ordered a controller on the best buy website called the 'Gamesir T7 Pro Floral wired Xbox controller' but at the time I decided I no longer wanted it and would prefer a different controller. The 'GameSir Cyclone 2 Pro' but upon checking the option to cancel the order was grayed out and chat support wasn't available. The only thing I was able to cancel was the 2 years of geek squad protection. Now support is saying it's to late and they can't do nothing not even acknowledge my request and says I have to wait till the item ship and arrives to me just to send it back. I don't have time nor can I travel to *** or to a store to return this item that's what I've told them but they didn't listen. I even asked to speak to a supervisor over chat and was told I would be processed 10+ minutes later nothing happened they lied.Initial Complaint

I purchased a transmission from this company and up until now it has been great, but now it has stopped shifting and my truck is un drivable. I am still inside my warranty window. So, I filed a claim in late May sending all the necessary paperwork or documentation to them and still no reply, I Spoke with ****** at the company and he assured me that they were escalating the claim, and I should hear back same day. I never got a call, and I have not heard anything back despite making multiple phone calls over multiple day and leaving numerous voicemails. We are now in late June with no resolution in sight, I am starting to believe they are just waiting me out and have no intentions of honoring their warranty. this is my first step in trying to get their attention, get a resolution and warn others. I'm hoping that I don't have to go further.I Just want to get my replacement transmission so I can have my truck back. and be done with this company.Initial Complaint

04/30/2025, I was charged ******** (15:14:24) for a remanufactured 4L80E transmission, torque converter and 13 quarts of transmission fluid to be shipped within 15 business days of the order. I received no notice of shipping, I e-mailed questioning the delay. I received a response 05/23 2025 stating that the matter was referred to production and logistics and response was pending. as of today I have received no further communication despite my e-mail attempts to obtain clarification, 05/29/2025, 06/02/2025, 06/02/2025, 06/05/2025, 06/09/2025. Bought a transmission just over a year ago. 5 year, 100k mile warranty. Transmission went out just a week ago. Contacted for warranty coverage. Warranty personnel works from home, refuses to take calls from my wife's phone number. When called from a different number they will pick up. Says they have not seen our request because they "work from home" and it takes a while to update. It's been a couple weeks and they will not respond. We are down a vehicle, with 4 small children it has been a nightmare. Unsure how to proceed as they have ignored our warranty claim and will not communicate.Initial Complaint

I bought a transmission January 9th 2025 and sent in the core, after having the transmissions installed by a professional they realized it was a defective transmission. They sent another transmission that was the wrong transmission and I sent it back and got another transmission had it installed by a professional and this transmission is also defective. Now Best Buy will not respond to my e mails or calls. I am getting charged every time a transmission is installed, This is our work Vehicle as we have a farm and no way to haul our horses to the track or haul feed or hay. We are elderly and on social security. I have informed Best Buy of this. This is going on over 5 months now and I am out the extra money for the extra work the mechanic has had to do. Best Buy sent the mechanic $300 but I still dont have a working transmission and they have my core. I still need my transmission fixed and I just want my money back so I can actually get it fixed. ********** ********* in Durant OK has the vehicle and defective transmission. -2/20/25 ordered reman. transmission order number BBT1-202502181220-33381 $2,895.00 -On 3/3/25 I was notified shipping was delayed -On 3/6/25 I was notified it was ready to be shipped, however it did NOT arrive until 3/11/25.-Mechanic installed Transmission and Chevrolet dealer programmed it -Transmission has yet to function! The following problems have persisted since I picked it up from the dealer, who advised me it was NOT WORKING PROPERLY. 1. Does not shift 2. Manual shift mode does not work 3. 'D' trans indicator blinks 4. speedometer needle is not stable and bounces erratically 5. ********* dealer scanned the trans and it shows the valve body is faulty -Multiple calls, emails and texts to Best Buy Transmission ************** has resulted in NO ATTEMPTS to correct the problems, send me new parts or another transmission IN FACT the company seems to purposely not respond in order to delay and exceed their time frame for a refund!Initial Complaint

I purchased a transmission from BestBuyTransmissions back in 2019. It came with a 5 year/100k mile warranty. 4 weeks ago my transmission quit on me. I had it checked at my certified garage(the one that installed it for me). They determined the trans was no good. I submitted the warranty request to BestBuy, sent the requested info and photos and have still heard no response. No response to my emails. I call the customer service line and they give me the run around saying the warranty department will give me a call back. They never do. My transmission went out and was submitted 3 weeks prior to my warranty expiring. I feel that is the reason for avoidance. It was still under contract though so I expect them to hold up on their end of the deal.Customer Answer

6/25/2020 was the date of purchase of a transmission. Tried to contact them 11/12/2024 cause transmission shot, and we have a warrenty. Have emailed at least a 5/6 times and getting no answer besides ''we will escalated to management''. We believe they are trying to wait out or warrenty to not honor it.Initial Complaint

First of all when I received transmission I took to shop to get installed we found the trans pan was over tighten and broke the cork gasket it was leaking like crazy so we had to drain the transmission and put new pan and a reusable gasket. on a 4L80E they use a reusable gasket not a cork gasket so we had to call best buy to get a another trans pan and gasket. then who ever remand the transmission they did not check out all the parts because the the shifter rod for the neutral safety switch was wore out and not letting me know what gear to put it in. so guess what had to drain the transmission again and replace shifter rod. Now a month later transmission burned up no reverse and one gear only, I called warranty and they said 5 to 7 weeks for another i told them I can not wait that long because I use this truck everyday for my business Im losing ******* a day as long as this truck is down. so 3 weeks go by and I call again and told to refund my money and labor cost and fluid which I had to buy twice. well it took a month to receive the ******* but no money for the labor cost and fluid in which ***************************** promised me to pay ****** dollars for the labor and fluid its been 3 months now and he is avoiding my phone calls I call every day I left messages I called customer service and they say we will give him message, well guess what he still doesn't reply back this company is a joke they are a broker not a transmission remanufacture the call out to companies to build them transmissions so its the luck of the draw I been a ASE master automotive & diesel mechanic for 35 yrs and never seen business done like this. so please steer clear of this company because they are con artist Date of experience: May 01, 2024 Edit
