      6/16/23 I purchased a transmission from Best Buy Transmission. I received an email a day later regarding warranty and core return information and I have heard nothing since. $1900 gone. No response from the company. They will not answer the phone. They will not respond to emails. At a loss to recoup my money. Trying to find rides to work as I don't have a car.

      On 6-3-23 I ordered and paid for a 4 speed 4L60E automatic remanufactured transmission for an 07 avalanche, fluid and home delivery from BBT (best buy transmission) totalling $2480. Their promise of shipment within 15 days from the date of purchase (6-3) failed on 2 occasions, **** & update ****. Both exceeding the 15 day threshold. My calls and texts have been ignored. Order ID on invoice is **********************. I sent BBT my request for the return of funds but still no answer. Best Buy Transmission, ***************************************************** 33432-1741. **************

      I received my transmission shortly after contacting BBB with my complaint. So far everything is okay and all obligations have been met. I spoke with the company"s core return representative concerning core return but no mention of my prior complaint with them. Thanks for your assistance, as of right now problem resolved. ********************

      On 3/6/23 I bought a transmission and put it in myself. Had to take it to ***************************** (***********************) to be programmed to the truck. it would not shift into gear at all. ******************* said it was nothing I did on install. Just a bad transmission. Cost $179.95. IThey were going to refund me $400.00 for the first install that was bad. They still have not sent that back as of today 5/14/23.I let ******************* take care of sending bad transmission back and receiving second transmission.******************* also installed second transmission, which was also bad. Best Buy requested ******************* drop pan and inspect filter. Filter was good and install did find fluid smoked and metal inside transmission. Needed yet another transmission. $179.95 to do what Best Buy requested. Best Buy sent out the third transmission and this one is actually a good one. ******************* has a paper stating Best Buy will send them $520.00 reimbursement for install. Best Buy will not contact me or *******************. Will not return any of our calls at all or answer our calls. The third transmission was suppose to have gaskets, fluid and seals and none of that was with it. Total charge for ******************* to install two transmissions and missing parts was $4781.69.I think Best Buy should be responsible for my $400.00 and $520.00 they promised *******************. They should also be responsible for, at the very least, one of the three costs to install.I am having to do this from my iPad so I cannot upload contract, receipts but will me more than happen to fax or mail a copy or ***** ********************* ******************* said he would be more than happy to talk to you or send receipts and bill.

      We purchased a 42RLE transmission from this company and now at **** miles the transmission has an internal failure. We purchased our Jeep used with modifications already done to it and they are trying to point the blame everywhere but their product. We currently have the Jeep at a certified transmission shop and even he stated it was a part failure in the transmission and modifications had no bearing on the failure. Aside from their product failure the customer service is horrible at its best. You can never get them to return your phone call, they close your case with no resolution or curtesy to notify you, and they cannot stick to their story! When we put the new transmission in we had it re-geared to a 5:13 to take additional pressure off of the brand new transmission so we wouldnt have a failure. These technicians in the company have no idea what they are talking about, according to **** at Best Buy Transmissions they have a one time no questions asked replacement then when we call them back then they refuse to do anything because its just going to fail again due to the modifications. As our certified transmission shop laughed at the response because even they said its ridiculous because we took the proper steps and programming to negate any failures due to modifications. I will never do business with this company again and I will not recommend anyone to use them and save yourself the frustration

      Around November 10, 2023, I contacted Best buy Transmission about an issue with there product, they told me to summit a warranty claim, so I did, I've been getting the run around ever since, i was also called a liar by there Secretary when i said i was a disabled and i would like to talk to a Manager, witch is discrimination, i finally got ahold of a manager name ******, he told me to tow my truck to the shop and he will get it fix, Weve been communicating through text message, And i have all the proof on my phone, My mechanics been waiting to hear From their technicians, And my mechanic is telling me that I have to get my truck out of there if i'm not going to get it fixed i'm in a horrible position, And I tried calling ***** the manager best buy transmission this morning Even ******* The owner of the company and either one has Answered and I followed all their directions Please somebody help me

      APRIL 27 2022 @ 3:41PM $2795 TRANSMISSION WARRENTY ISSUE WITH NO ANSWER OR CALL BACKS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FOR A MONTH ODER NUMBER BBT1-202204271541-111364 After having the Transmission installed it started to act up after a week of being installed I took it back to the garage I had it installed at they confirmed that there was an issue within the transmission they tried to contact the company themselves under my behalf and got nowhere I have tried to contact the company myself and have gotten nowhere either.

      Bought a transmission for my truck from the company . 5yr 30000 miles **** burned out original one at ****** miles . I'm at ****** now I have every email and trouble code saved . 1st transmission went out again after it was installed due to clutch s slipping and that was diagnosed at amaco transmission in Greensburg the four other trannies since then I've had a code of torque converter stuck off or torque converter in off position. I've had my truck looked at by Amoco three times there's nothing wrong with my truck according to them and it is to transmission itself that they keep selling me all I want is a full refund cuz they haven't give me a good transmission yet. And I'm on the 4th transmission from them . Plus payment for ***** drahusze $200 each time to change the transmission out and $100 for fluid each time. And I also each time utilized aamco transmissions free diagnostic and each time they told me it was a transmission not my truck.
