      The entire Venture Destinations/Tahiti team did a fantastic job through my experience. Not only were they able to answer my questions by email in off-hours, but also spent over an hour with me on the phone to discuss details and make sure I felt confident in working with them and the suggestions they made for my honeymoon. I was impressed by the level of care they gave me, even before I was able to commit to working with them. They make the booking process very easy, clearly explain their suggestions, and in turn show their expertise and knowledge. I would 100% recommend that anyone seeks out their services if you are looking to vacation to Tahiti.

      I usually do quite a bit of research before I travel, even if we use a travel agent. I had read up on the various islands of Fiji, and we had decided on staying at Castaway Island for one of stays at two islands. I was undecided on our second island but had narrowed it down to about 4 islands. That was when I contacted Venture Destinations / Venture Fiji to discuss where I was in my planning and to get some expert advice on the 4 islands. Keiley R** was very knowledgeable. She asked questions about what we were looking for in an island and resort and what activities we wanted to do. She did research and then recommended Savasi Island Resort on Vanua Levu, the second largest island in Fiji. The resort was exactly what we were looking for with its large rooms, decks, private pool, and privacy. Due to COVID we had two postponements, one in May 2020 and the second in May 2021. Keiley was great answering my questions, keeping me informed, and rescheduling the dates. She helped with COVID related travel requirements. All the transport arrangements to/from resorts via vehicle and catamaran went smoothly. Loved our access the Fiji Airways VIP lounge before our long flight home; had a great dinner and drinks before the flight. We will definitely use Venture Destinations for future trips to the South Pacific.
