    I purchased an international flight ticket from FlyChina from ******** to ******* via **************. However, my luggage was denied checking in by Airlines due to lack of a ************* and the inability to transfer checked baggage as it was not a through-ticket.They never disclosed during the booking process that I would need a ************* or that baggage would not be transferred automatically. Despite contacting their customer service, I received no apology or solution. Instead, I was told that i should have read through the information when purchased and should have asked for Day Pass in *****. Misleading information...Arrogant attitude...and bad customer service. I would never use them again.
