    This company is by far the worst for GAP Insurance. I filed my claim with this company over 3 weeks ago with all the proper paperwork. I getting told by them they will not pay my claim service contracts were not canceled. Now i have to wait again and continue paying for a car i no longer have. People beware of this company they will crap you out of your money for nothing at all.

    My car was broken down in an area with no service to call my **************** so I had to pay for ** tow. I sent in all the paperwork and have towing on my plan. I got sent a chcheck from nation motors for less than ha quarter of what I paid. My car was towed to my mechanic which is covered by my warrenty I do t even use this company

    How does this company have an A+ rating?? Is BBB for real?? READ the reviews. Buyers BEWARE!! Do not purchase products from this company! When purchasing our truck, we bought the *** Premium Appearance Protection warranty with *** from our dealership in March 2022. Today was the first time we have EVER called to file a claim. Even though the warranty contract is sitting right in front of us, with the warranty number, price paid, VIN #, and everything else under the sun, *** is REFUSING to acknowledge it. They stated that we have an account with them, but they don't have any warranty paperwork. We would have to return to the dealership from two years ago and request that they send the paperwork in. We told *** that we would be happy to email both the ****************** contracts to them if given an address. *** refused!! This company is a ****. They will do anything to get out of not paying for repairs.

    Nation Safe Drivers paid my negative equity off of my loan after my vehicle was totaled. It was not a small amount either. A+ from me.

    My car was totaled and I had filed a claim since I had gap insurance. Found out months later, that this company which the gap insurance was under did not cover the whole amount left on it. I was lied to about the gap insurance. I don't understand. I need help. I do not know what to do.

    My cat was totaled and paid off. They will not cancel the coverage or contact the lender. I am owes a refund... and apperntly an "administration fee" that I had no clue I also paid for. This is bogus and the woman I talked to about cancelling was very arrogant and rude. I just want this policy i was jnaware i had cancelled.

    Thank you for your inquiry. The *** product is a debt cancellation agreement between you and your lender. Our organization is the program administrator, and our responsibilities include assisting the lender with the determination of the *** benefit amount in accordance with the contract terms and the program underwriter's guidelines. After reviewing the call to our team, we requested more information from you in order to review your claim but you did not allow us the opportunity to assist -- and ultimately disconnected the call. As for your allegations, we reviewed the call recordings and found no evidence of any unprofessional behavior by our staff. With that said, we still require documentation in order to close the *** claim. Additionally, it is your responsibility to contact the lender and gather the required documents to complete the claim. Finally, the administration fee is to the dealership and not to the borrower. Thank you for this opportunity to explain our position.

    I payed a membership premium for their roadside assistance with ****************** Their towing service ***** since when you call the emergency line for roadside assistance, they first want to charge you an exhorbidant amount of money for the service, although according to the contract, they are not supposed to since it is free as I had already paid the membership premium. Furthermore, they *** for 90 minutes, but they never arrived. I strongly recommend that nobody joins into a membership with this company nor any, as it can be more afforable getting serviced by a local towing company, and the *** is eons faster.

    Horrible. I purchased the warranty through my dealership. I've been waiting on a reimbursement check for a warranty tire replacement for over 3 weeks. I've been told two different dates that it was sent, but no one will provide me proof of the check or if it was sent. I was told to wait 10-15 business days. Now they're saying I have to wait 30 days for them to issue a new check, then wait another 10-15 days from then. I've called and emailed numerous times with no responses. I've also been denied my request to speak to a supervisor multiple times. DON'T BUY THIS WARRANTY. It's an absolute waste of your money.

    No stars is what they deserve. I recently had Intoxalock installed in *******, and very sneakily a roadside assistance travel club charge was included in the lease. Plus, I was told to install the device prematurely by Arizona DMV, so it has been removed, and my car has been sold. And even though ********** is addressing their charges, this company just keeps charging my account, which I wont even have anymore because I cant drive. And despite the fact that I emailed this company that I didn't want this bs travel roadside assistance they are continuing to charge me. Plus, they never responded to my email, they just billed my account out for Dec 13th. Crooks. Trying to take people's money for no service, and very deceptively.
