    THIEVES, I activated an account because the telephone system at the jail required me to set up a credit card for calls, but unfortunately they are not the company that's being used by the jail for the calls, it's a company with a similar name, so when I called this company (GlobalTel network ) back for my credit card refund of $49.99, they stated that only $30.00 would be refunded according to the company guidelines, so they took $19.99 for a service I can't use in the jail system.

    Very difficult to get information from after sale. You sit waiting for a hour on their customer service line with no help. Then the charge you $19.95 when you cancel. My bank sent a fraud alert on my initial attempt to pay. I get it now

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I cancelled this within days. It was never used. I was told I would only get a partial refund. That was fine. They did not honor that. This place is a fraudulent scam. They told my credit card company I never cancelled yet I have a confirmation letter from them. They tell you not to contact the bank. There is a sign right there! Can we say SCAM!!

    They scammed me out of my Money, they charged me ***** and didnt give me any warning they were charging my account.. I had hit cancel and the second I did they charged my card, then the customer service said they wouldnt refund my money. I dont even u destined what they service is for..I cant even use it with facility I was trying to- I do t even know what they are.. what a scam they are More crooked then the inmates they are servicing/ very confusing

    This is a total scam!!! They ask for your card information to set up an account. Then charge your card $49.99 without any prior authorization!! They make you think this is so you can have your loved ones call you that are incarcerated. But it's not! They later claim it's some kind of "discount plan". I called customer service and they were totally ignorant! Kept repeating themselves like they are reading from a script in another country!! They argue with you about giving a refund, then tell you a manager is not available and give you a bogus email address!!! I'm beyond words right now!!! Shut this scam down!!!
