              My son, *************************, was enrolled in Boca Braves' Youth Football in the summer of 2023. He withdrew from the program early and a refund was requested. Initial payment was made through PayPal in the amount of $306.00. While Boca Braves has one number, the number listed through PayPal for payment purposes is ************. I have spoken with an individual named ********************- multiple times ******************************************* who has reassured me that I would be receiving a full refund, minus a small amount as a processing fee. This began on August 14th, 2023. After multiple e-mails back and forth between ******************** and myself, I have yet to receive my refund, even after I was told I should have received it weeks ago. Please assist. Thank you very much.
