              For the last 5 months since moving in, we have had internet issues. ************************* requires that we have internet. We didnt say anything at first but then my wife started to get kicked out of important business meetings or her internet was running extremely slow. We went to management to express our concern and the importance of stable internet. We tried to work with them to get the matter resolved but there hasnt been any luck. Due to miscommunication on their end we are stuck in a contract with ******* for their home internet. We were giving two options. Option A) move to their sister property Option B) get our own internet and cancel their internet service. We choice option B. Since then, management has said that we cannot get the charge taken off each month which leaves us with two bills. All we want is for Waypoint Management to honor what was told to us and take the charge off for the remainder of our lease. Or they could let us break our lease penalty free.

              I referred a client to a Waypoint property in August 2020. Here we are 6 months later and I haven't received payment. I've emailed and called every contact available and can't get a response. I would be happy to revise this review if we can get this issue resolved.
