      This *** *** is a real piece of work. I alerted him (not written, which is critical I guess) that I was struggling to find work , I may have to leave at the end of the month.Then my family had some serious health issues, and marital as well and they requested my help for a month or 2. I answered.I lost my new job (The Magic Oyster in *************************** who still hasn't paid me either, after almost 6 weeks like ***) and my place to live, with ***. I liked it there and was well on my way to getting it secured financially I left it better than I found it, told *** the minute I left. He never responded. For almost 6 weeks. To any text I sent.I am so sorry that my family needed me. I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE.And now he has the audacity to tell me I didn't give my adequate 30day notice so he and his (most likely) shady business partner and he can just pocket another couple hundred bucks a piece?These guys should be held accountable for taking advantage of good, hard working people who are just trying to start over somewhere, grow roots, become a part of the community only to be smited by the greedy and over entitled. It's not right This guy doesn't care about his tenants, only his lifestyle and his 'status', which to me isn't that high really. He lives in a trailer too..
