  We had a leak in a hot water line under our slab. By turning off the water and electric to the water heater we were able to get by ( no hot water though). **** sent out a plumber on a Sunday to fix the leak for **. Had to jackhammer through the slab and fixed the leak. Excellent service! That hot shower on Sunday evening felt great. PLUMR24 will be doing all my plumbing needs in the future.

  Outstanding service. On a Sunday night, 9:45 P.M., they were the **** company that was 24 hour service. All the others need to remove their claims of 24 hour availability. Their phones went to voicemail which were full, didnt go anywhere, or went to a service that tried to get ** to wait till the following Tuesday. I have my 92 year old father living with me and having a toilet that was not flushing give me a break. That break came in PLUMR24. Within an hour and a half everything was working fine.I had them come back to clean the cast iron pipe later. They have a fantastic machine that was gentle on the cast iron pipe, didnt do any damage but cleaned the pipe amazingly. The flow rate comparison pre/post was night and day. Saved me THOUSANDS that all other companies wanted to just go to lining the pipes first.Cant recommend enough. **************** reasonable prices. No overselling. Save your time and call them first.

  Nick and his crew helped us and our neighbor when we had a problem with a leak into their apartment. He was very responsive and he and his guys knew what they were doing. They ultimately found and fixed the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and that was definitely a plus. At the end we needed to get our bathroom back because we had company coming for the week. **** made sure it was usable by the time they came. Also **** dealt with the insurance company which was a help. I recommend PLUMR24.

  Very good company to deal with. I am remote from our condo and needed plumbing work done. Nick (the owner) personally made sure to contact my HOA representative to synchronize the work. Work was done perfectly. Very happy with the experience and would use this company again without hesitation for future projects.

  During the Christmas holidays we had a leak from our upstair's neighbour's bathroom.Looked up emergency plumbers on ******* **** answered the call right away.We were lucky! **** and his team did an amazing job of locating the leaks and putting everything back in order for us and our neighbour.**** handled the plumbing issue, remediation, reconstruction and even helped with the insurance.He responded to every call or text immediately and was very patient in explaining what they were doing during each phase of the work. We would highly recommend calling Plumr24 for any plumbing need or emergency!

  Great job, fast and clean, They came right away and fixed the leak first day. All the work was done cleanly and they went above and beyond to fix and even make everything better then when it was. I highly recommend them for your plumbing issues. They also took care and help dealing with insurance.
