This company was hired at the end of October 2024. **** was the sales person whom was selected for my label production. When I discussed the packaging with him, I clearly stated the it would need to be in my hands no later than mid November. I was under the impression the labels were an in house production. He advised that they are done overseas, but assured me I would have them as quickly as possible. I also advised that I would need labels done so I could identify the tea that was in the packaging. He told me he would have that done too. Unfortunately, nothing **** promised came true. The order was tied up in ****** Customs on or about the 5th of December, 2024, Until it was cleared, it could not be shipped. That did not happen until on or around the 12th of December when the order was delivered. It was impossible to introduce the new packaging for the holiday season, therefore, I lost revenue. In January, my frustration had exploded. There was no follow up on my order, and I received an email from ****** announcing **** was terminated. I reached out to explain to ****** on the phone that I did not receive any of the labels which I had paid for. He searched and saw the list of product names. He said he would send me a quote. His quote was a whopping $856.25 US$, that was far over what I intended to pay. To date, ********* has not acknowledged their responsibility. I have tried to settle this with ****** in a professional manner, however, she became so aggressive, and was unwilling to accept her employee's action. In fact, she prefers to blame the circumstances on me.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/10/2025

Thank you for the opportunity to present Labels Lab and All Packaging Canadas perspective on this matter. We understand that ***** *** have experienced frustration with the service or if certain details were not entirely clear.

To clarify, the quote that ***** approved and **** provided was solely for the bags, labels were not included. The bag design was shared with **** and subsequently adjusted by our design team to fit both bag sizes (Invoice #*****). The corresponding designs can be found in the email thread: Labels Lab Mail - All Packaging Canada - Quote for the Pouches (Page 2).

Throughout various discussions between **** and *****, she mentioned having 70 to 100 different tea blends. However, no label designs or dimensions were ever provided, making it impossible for us to offer a quote. The only document received was an Excel file listing the names of the blends.

Regarding delivery, ***** stated that the bags arrived on December 12th. However, *********** and email communications confirm that the shipment was delivered on December 5th, within the 3-4 week timeline initially communicated by ****.

Another concern raised was ******* responsiveness. On the occasion in question, she had processed a charge of CAD ***** through our portal for remaining taxes from order ***** (bags). Our Admin team provided an explanation, which ***** acknowledged on Invoice #***** (Email: Project Follow-up Labels Lab Mail - Proof Request - Tealicious - Pouches).

In ******** following ****s departure from the company, we proactively reached out to ensure a smooth transition for his clients. ****** introduced himself and inquired about any open matters. This was when we first received details regarding the missing labels. However, after an extensive review, we found no record of label-related orders.

Additionally, Miguels quote of USD ****** was strictly for label design services. This quote did not include printing, as no dimensions or material specifications were provided. Consequently, a printing quote was never issued (Email: Labels Quote Email Thread - Labels Lab Mail - Re: Invoice).

On the evening of February 23, 2025, ***** sent an email requesting reimbursement and outlining potential next steps if no response was received (Email: Last Communication with ***** ******* - Labels Lab Mail - Payment).

On February 24, 2025, our President attempted to call ***** directly, but there was no response. ****** ******* also called without success. A follow-up email was sent the same day, to which ***** replied, stating she would respond shortly. However, no further communication was received from her before the BBB complaint was filed.

      Supporting Evidence:

Product Photos Items shipped match the approved quotes (Files: 50g and 100g bag images).
UPS Shipping Confirmation Tracking #1Z558R956799814643 confirms delivery on December 5th.
Call Records First contact with *****: [Link], Oct 18 call: [Link] (Process explained at the 11:00-minute mark).
Signed Proofs Bag proofs signed on Nov 1, 2024 (File: PROOF AND ESTIMATE TEALICIOUS 01.11.2024).
Payment Confirmation Credit card payment made by ***** on Nov 2, 2024, for the bags (File: Tealicious Payment and Transaction Receipt - Quote 1280, 1281, 1300 for taxes).

We remain committed to working with Tealicious and resolving this matter amicably. At no point have we cut off communication, and we have made every effort to assist.
At this stage, we seek clarification what is ***** reimbursement expectation if we made the deliver of the bags that design was received worked on and delivery accordingly on Dec 5th, 2024

We appreciate your time in reviewing this and look forward to your response.
