      DO NOT BUY SHEDS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The warranty is a joke. Replacement roof for a shed only two years old is as much as what we paid for the shed brand new. Buy a wood shed and avoid the substandard materials in these sheds. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KETER!!!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

      We apologize for the problem with your Keter purchase. Upon the review of your Keter case, the warranty excludes any type of weather-related damages. Below is verbiage from the warranty for your review. Please feel free to contact our customer service team at ************ available Monday thru Friday 8 am thru 5 pm, EST. 

      Your Keter product (the Product) was manufactured from high-quality, recyclable materials under rigorous control and supervision. Should a problem occur with the Product, please address your claim to Keter customer.  This warranty covers product failure resulting from defects in manufacturing or materials for a period of 10 years from the date of original retail purchase. (The term defects" is de?*** as imperfections that impair the use of the Product). This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, scuf?ng,scratches or fractures caused during use, discoloration or fading, rusting,unreasonable use, abuse, negligence, alterations, painting, moving, transporting,or relocating the Product, acts of Nature, including, but not limited to,hail, any type of storm, ?ood and ?re, and consequential or incidental damages.Assembly and handling not in accordance with the recommendations, guidelines and restrictions as described in the Product's user manual, and usage for commercial or public applications, will void this warranty. Keter is not responsible for any damage incurred by third parties or damage to or loss of objects inside or near the shed. Upon submitting proof of purchase and evidence of the claimed product failure, and subject to reporting the failure in a timely manner, Keter, at its sole discretion, will replace defective parts of the Product, or refund you a prorated portion of the purchase price on a straight-line depreciated basis for the length of the warranty.

      Bought a garden bed from **** Club in January when it was cold. Went to put it together in spring time and it was missing parts. Called them and they were very nice until they said I need the receipt for proof of purchase. I mean I have everything else the *** but who saves a receipt for 4 months. When I purchase something I expect the parts to be there. They are making me purchase the parts for something I have yet to use and can't because there company didn't make sure all the parts were there to begin with. Very unhappy and will never buy from this company again. I advise you to do the same unless you want to keep receipts for everything you buy

      I called today for extra feet and top covers for the 5 shelf storage unit purchased at *********** I need them in order to get the shelves to stay together because I took the top shelves off 2 units and put them together as my basement ceiling was too low to use all 5. That makes another shorter shelf which worked perfect. When calling I asked how I could purchase these items and the woman on the phone said only through pay pal. They do NOT accept any other type of payment, checks, debit cards, credit cards are NOT accepted. I don't understand how this is even legal. pay pal is not exactly legal tender per say. Besides that, I don't have an account with pay pal, I deleted it due to their discriminatory practices. The woman advised me to go set one up. I am NOT going to pay them and pay pal just to order a couple items. I do not understand how this can be a requirement to have. Their customer service woman was not pleasant to talk to either. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. I should just box up the 3 sets I bought and return them as well.

      We apologize that the parts can only be paid for via PayPal.  In the future other methods may be offered.  Keter offers spare part sales as a discretionary option for out-of-warranty parts, we regret that we are unable to complete the request.

      I have bought 4 Keter shelves from *********** Depot and recently had to contact Keter for a replacement of a broken leg/pole on one of the shelf. They quoted me $ ***** for 1 leg. I can buy a whole new 5-tier shelf unit from ********** for $ *****. This is an unscrupulous company and you should avoid their products.

      There really needs to be a way to give ZERO stars. I purchased a brand new deck box. The floor part was not molded completely when manufactured and the box cannot go together without it. I contacted Keter and provided all the required I formation. Proof of purchase and pictures. I had to follow up 3 times just for them to tell me that they will not honor the warranty, because I bought their product from a third party. I asked if I can buy the part and they said they would not sell it to me. Now I have this deck box that I spent a good amount of money on that I can’t use and will have to go in the garbage. I will never buy a Keter product again!!

      Hi,  We regret to inform you that because your product was purchased from a 3rd party seller and not one of Keter’s authorized retailers, Unfortunately, we do not carry that specific replacement part(s) for that product. It will need to be returned to the original retailer in exchange for a new one. We caution consumers from purchasing from any 3rd Party sellers as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the sale. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

      I placed an order today for several raised garden beds. After sending in the order I realized that I had doubled my order. I immediately called the company and was directed to fill out a form for customer service. I did, but no one responded. If your item leaves the warehouse and you wish to return it, there is a pick-up fee and a restocking fee. They have not called or sent me an email so that I can cancel the order. Their statement, "will reply soon..." isn't true! I wish I had read the responses about this company before ordering!
