- Additional Info:BBB files contain a pattern of generally from consumers that allege that they placed an order with Military Hippie and have not received items. Consumers also allege that they have reached out to gain information regarding package and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Consumers also state that they have returned items and has not received a refund.
On December 5th 2017, BBB sent correspondence to Military Hippie requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally.
On January 10th 2018 Military Hippie provided the following response "We are a brand new company who has had tremendous growth. We went from doing 1K a month to over 1 million in sales per month overnight. We've had growing pains as you can imagine. We do over 500 orders per day, of course we are going to have customer generally given the volume we do. And since BBB search engine shows us first they use this as a forum rather than reach out to customer service & wait patiently for a response. We have since hired more staff in order to eliminate customer generally."
On March 3rd 2020 BBB reviewed its most recent generally and determined that the pattern continue. BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
