Business is sending out massive amounts of spam emails, despite having already unsubscribed, and waiting 5+ days. I never subscribed to the newsletter to begin with, and I am not sure who gave them my email address.Business Response

I receive several emails each day from Newsmax. I respond to every email with UNSUBSCRIBE. I receive the response, "You unsubscribed from [email protected]." Then a few hour later I receive another email from Newsmax,. This has gone on for several weeks. Newsmax is a large enough company that it should be able to process an UNSUBSCRIBE request.Business Response

Newsmax has a false unsubscribe link posted in their spam emails that they send multiple of daily. I clicked unsubscribe on multiple emails in a three-day period followed by a confirmation that is not real so they can keep spamming everyday. How is this not illegal?Business Response
