    NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER ****** IS A RUDE MAN HIDING ON THE PHONE. I WAS COMPLETELY *******! So, the driver has to stop for gas on my time, gets lost - again, on my time! Then tries to add on undisclosed fees, adds on extra hours and is very aggressive and extremely rude. Tried to leave things on the truck or outside the front door. Would not refund any money. paid 400 for a two hour job, not at all what we agreed to over the phone. Run as fast as you can from this company! Wish I could give zero stars!

    The move was exactly 4 hours. She paid exactly $400 they did not stop for gas. Full truckload, she had maintenance in her apartment at our arrival still working. She asked us to wait until the contractor was finished. before we bring things in asking for an additional two hours for free. We brought everything to the apartment, to keep a satisfied customer.     OWNER IS A *** ARTIST, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY!!!!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE BBB ACCREDITED. ABUSIVE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Here's the *** scheme: 1. ******'s quote: Receive 2 men for 2 hrs & box truck $199+ 20% = $240 total cost. 2. Text message: receive 1 additional man for $29. Free included $99 coupon. 3. Moving date: 11am ****** texts "truck is arriving in 5 min". But the truck arrives at 11:30AM. OWNER D starts billing from 11AM. 4. 2 men arrived and started negotiating new price. They want $390 upfront payment because their boss told them so. OK, price reduced to $360. *** enters the house and introduces himself I'm the owner and you need to pay in advance before we start moving. I asked them flat rate. YES 5. OWNER ****** disappears. Probably looking for more guys to help with the move (Indian students) 6. 1:30pm arrived at the new address: ****** brings 3 more people (Indian students) but nobody asked, and the quote was for 2 men. I NEED MORE MONEY!! ****** demands Extra $200 to complete the move otherwise we're leaving your belongings behind. WHEN YOU SEE MY IS BECAUSE I NEED MONEY. Starts complaining about the distance etc..all the tricks. I'm ***** at this stage. Very rude MR. ****** starts shouting (this is a nice residence building and all my neighbors are listening) this guy arrogantly shouting demanding money from me. He waits outside, a 2nd guy enters the room and ask me "how much extra can you pay, we want to help you". Negotiated to $170. 7. 5PM Job finished with 6 men. This was a 1 BED APT with no bed, no couch, no fridge nothing that would take longer to carry. Only small boxes and 1 TV. Total cost $630 and a p**** customer. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE REPORTED AND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MR. *** ****** MUST BE EXPOSED. Furniture arrived scratched, dented, and in some cases, completely broken. 1 box was missing. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I would urge others to stay far away from them.

    Stay away. Would leave zero stars if possible. Unprofessional and deceptive advertising on the "small move", terrible conduct by the movers. How the BBB accreditation can be shown as "A+" is beyond me. Their coupon advertises a $199 "small move" for 2 hours. However, the mover on the day of our move (**** ******) then asked for a 20% surcharge (i.e. total of $240 upfront - before delivery, although that was clearly also against the terms of the contract). After this payment was made, he demanded a further "tip" for his work on top of the 20%!!! When I refused to pay, he became abusive and yelled invectives at me loudly while walking through public areas of our gated community. I informed the owner, ****** *****, via text of this totally outrageous behavior. No response was received. Final note - when he arrived, the mover **** ******, decided to simply open our apartment door without knocking at all. It's indicative of the awful service and demeanor of this company... I expect the 20% "surcharge" amount of $40 that I paid be returned to me as it is really deceptive advertising.

    Sir with all due respect were terribly sorry there was any miscommunication the 20% has been mentioned sent via text during booking and on the advertisement and also on our website, this should not be overlooked and because you only had a two hour minimum that is what we ask for to begin is the lowest we come out for $199 at this current time with inflation it is 20% $240 is due before the movers begin as written in the contracts were terribly sorry ************************* and you had a bad experience together we did bring it up to his attention and he said that you were complaining to him the entire time from when they arrived to when they left and he said you asked about the tip and he said yes its expected but he did not Insist a tip was necessary he said you were the one that brought it up, again were terribly sorry for anything less than a five star review. Please also reach out to us and our office on any compensation matters we are willing to work with you If there were any overcharges, we appreciate you choosing us as your local Moving provider. Thank you

    1. Nowhere on your coupon on the website (https://www.condomovers.com/content/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/aacondo.png) is a $40 "inflation" surcharge mentioned. The text booking mentioned a $40 surcharge for "6 man hours" i.e. a 3 hour move. The move was actually achieved in 2 hours within the $199 limit. Your advertising is clearly misleading and the overcharge is not justified.2. Your mover, *********************, has numerous complaints against him already as a read through reviews on ****** will reveal. Your continually making excuses for him and justifying his abnormal demeanor indicates you don't want to uphold standards. He simply did an awful job and my feedback reflects that.3. As a paying customer, if the mover is not doing a job to my standard I have every right to correct him respectfully as I did, regardless of whether he feels it is "complaining" or not. As a matter of fact I was not "complaining all the time". If ****'s feelings get hurt when he is corrected for poor performance while moving other peoples' valuable equipment, he should seek alternate employ.4. Please Zelle me the $40 refund at ************.
