    They made my booking process easy and they met my deadlines. They follow up with reminders, prior to, which I really appreciated. They exceeded my expectations. The trio introduced themselves and shook my hand, went over the guidelines & walked through the ************** listening to my needs & wants. They wrap your furniture in moving blankets before securing w/tape therefore avoiding damage. They took great care with my furniture & numerous boxes. They were professional, exuded positive energy, never complained and its 115 in ************ AC is ************* dont dally. I have been in *********** since 1983. By far the best I have personally hired. I will be referring them.

    In the record-breaking heat UMM got my household from Point A to Point B smoothly and efficiently without incident. These guys were amazing and they dont mess around. I was amazed at how stress free this move was.

    They were not only courteous, but they were careful, efficient & a joy to move with. What a great bunch of guys! They called me Boss Lady all day ( which I loved) and they asked me exactly where everything went. It was actually the best move Ive ever had. Usually its such a drag to move, but they had me laughing & they were enjoying their work. Everything was perfect without a scratch, & they were fast! There were no hidden fees, either! I loved everything about UMM!

    THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Moving is stressful enough but when its the day of the movers showing up and you didnt get everything you needed done prior it puts you in a panic mode. When they come walking in on moving day with great BIG SMILES its a relief. Reminding me that they will take care of everything. Not only smiling but working hard and efficiently. They were amazing, kind and know what they are doing. Thank you UMM and of course we will see you again!
