    We hired them to store and then deliver our property. We can not get a hold of them to have our property delivered. Their phone number is disconnected and we have already paid in full!!

    After searching for movers, I was lulled by Prestige Moving Group to believe they were a reputable, real company. I booked a move with them and left a deposit. After some investigation, turns out this is a shady company. After trying to contact them to cancel and get a refund, they of course said no. After I contacted the manager who i booked the job with, she said they are no longer in business. Prestige was suppose to contact me may 22 to do a final inventory which they never did , hence they violated the terms of the contract. Attached are a screenshot with their former manager testifying they are out of business.

    01/31/24 I moved from *********** to ****** ********. I was quoted at $3400 for the original price to move with 30 medium boxes they would pack for me. I went over the list twice with ***** of everything in my apartment. They said I didnt have to pack anything. They called me the day before moving and said they had to charge me an additional $1000 because ***** had left a few things of of the list and if I was moving pictures I needed picture boxes, if I was moving plates and dishes I needed China boxes, picture boxes, and if I had originally requested 2 wardrobe boxes which they were now charging me more for. I also requested less medium boxes and a few large boxes. The day they came to move me they said I needed to pay them over $4000 additional dollars or they were not going to move me. There was no China boxes, no wardrobes, no picture boxes no medium boxes. Only small boxes and a few large. I paid extra for all these things because I was told they would need them to move me. When I unpacked boxes there was things in the boxes like 1 pillow or 1 stuffed animal. They put my king size mattress upside down I tried to move it myself and actually injured myself because I couldnt lift it and it fell on me. Then they got stuck in the mud outside of my new house and left 2 large holes in the grass. It was a terrible experience. I feel extorted. They kept telling me I was paying for packing but my original quote included all the packing.

    After I spoke with the representative of Prestige Moving Group, (*********************), he said I would be credited back the $1232.50 to my account, which it was in February. Since I am currently down in ******* and would not be available until I return to *********** where the items would be shipped from. Last week I received an email saying they would be picking up my items for shipping on April 28th, 2024 and my credit card was charged again for that amount. I called to let them know it had been canceled at which point I was told I could not cancel and they would not refund me. Told them I was dealing with the representative above - he completed info on form . I tried calling ********************* (his direct line) at Prestige Moving Group directly after my conversation with the moving group and was told that number was no longer in service. My credit card company needs approval from Prestige in order to credit back my account.....PLEASE help! Many thanks. *******************************

    ************** with this company has been the worst experience ever. Hired them to do a move from ******** ********** to ******, **. Got a quote initially for $4,100 and change. A day before the move I got the news that it would cost an additional ***** and change. I was upset but was in a pickle and they assured me they would move all of my stuff out for the final price of $6,158.73 The actual moving company not named prestige moving group had an additional charge I was not aware of at the time of $971 and change. From the beginning it has been a headache and I have been robbed of my money. I was under the impression that prestige moving group was the company but turns out they are brokers and do not mention what so ever. If nothing is resolved or looked into further Ill be happy to take them to small claims court. I have supporting documents that will be emailed from the actual moving company who actually did the move.Thank you very much.
