    We were moving from ** to **. We spoke to a man named ***** who says he's the owner. He said the company and storage is from **. He said he already had an empty truck going to **********, so our price would be extremely low ($6,000.00). My wife was very clear and detailed on what needs to be moved. The quote listed the big items only. She asked him multiple times are you sure on the price because we have enough items to fill an 18 *******. He said yes every time. I spoke to him days later and he promised the same thing and that the price would only change if we had an item like a pool table that wasn't mentioned. He told me he was the owner, they will move us and deliver on the date. When I asked him about the contract saying a delivery window he said they just have to do that legally but they will be their on time. All LIES. On the day of pickup it was a third party company (************************), they tried to charge us double, ***** refused to answer the phone and to this day has never spoke to us again. Then the real movers showed up 6 days after the original delivery date. The real moving company's communication was terrible and screened our calls to send us to voicemail. But they answered when we called as a blocked number. Our boxes were busted opened or crushed at best and multiple chips on furniture. They also had another person's belongings on the truck headed to *** ****. So much for having an empty truck. They also will only take ***** or **** money orders for final payment, so that you can't stop payment after something goes wrong. They also left boxes in one room even though they were clearly marked to go elsewhere in the house. If you're a ******* be upfront! Don't lie on the phone pretending to be a moving company with a line of trucks and then hide behind your contract when people find the truth. Which I'm sure that's what you'll do in your **** poor future response. Stop doing phone quotes because you **** at accurate pricing quotes that way.

    We signed a contract with you to move our daughters belongings to South Carolina. Your subcontractor showed up without a truck, 5 hours late, refused to honor the contact due to a grandfather clock and mirror that i paid you $500 to ADD to the contract. He wanted $1400 more dollars for those items which were CLEARLY ON OUR CONTRACT. We were suppose to move yesterday and now we are left in the cold with you holding $900. Multiple emails, then they told me we were over (MoveWise, not Quick Shift from Stewartville, Mn. We have airline tickets, hotel booked based on your promise to deliver. It seems you are very responsive until you are paid - then nothing! HORRIBLE SERVICE! MOVEWISE IS A ****!

    1.Contractual Agreement: Our signed contract clearly outlines that charges for packing and additional services may apply based on the items to be moved. This includes specialty items such as a grandfather clock and large mirrors.

    2.Scheduling: While we make every effort to meet preferred timeframes, we do not guarantee exact pick-up or delivery times, as you acknowledged in your signed agreement.

    3.Service Attempt: Despite challenges, our carrier made every effort to accommodate your additional items and fulfill the service. However, when our team arrived after traveling over four hours, service was declined.
