    Do not hire them. They will give you the wrong quote and then when the moving truck comes to your home, they will add extra charges. They already knew I was moving from apartment to apartment with elevators yet added on an extra long carry fee which they failed to let me know could be an extra charge. I called multiple times before my move to double check the charges and any possibly extra charges they could possibly add on yet refused to tell me, since I had an apt to apt move, there would be an extra long carry fee. OM logistics and trucking moved all my stuff and they reused the same packaging for all their customers so all my furniture esp my cough was super dirty with blue/black lint all over all my stuff. The company is not transparent at all and I would avoid this company if you want to avoid any surprises during your moving day.

    I have over 20k in damage, tons of valuables that have gone missing and boxes that I paid for which where packed with nothing but tissue paper in an effort to overcharge me. Complete scam of a business who has done nothing to rectify the issue and directed me to deal with the moving company they chose to hire rather than taking ownership of their business. Avoid them at all costs.

    This company is absolutely horrible, the communication is terrible. I had to wait 2 weeks for my belongings while me and my husband and kids had to sleep on the floor, Mind you Im 8 months pregnant. After receiving my items that were picked up in perfect condition, my dressers were broken, my brand new mattress was dirty as if it was being dragged on the **** floor for days. Not to mention when you call to get an eta the people who answers the phone clearly dont know how to speak to other human beings. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. I wish I could give 0 stars because they honestly deserve it.

    We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good expereience with us and our movers who moved you frrom **-**. We know the pick up went well as per the notes on file. But obviously delivery took longer than what we would like as a normal service. 800-1000 miles is typically moved in about a week or so. Yours took 2 weeks, which is still certainly better than the 21 days the **************************** allows for licensed movers crossing state lines. We also prepare each client for this during our verification process.

     

    Being a married man with a newborn, I can understand the frustrations of a pregnant woman during a overly stressful time in your life. Please remember when you choose a broker, you are moving with us because we found you a moving company who does good work, but also saves you thousands of dollars. There are pros and cons that should be weighed.

     

    You got picked up on 3/29, but set your FADD to 4/2. This also slowed down the delivery process. Had you put 3/30, the movers potentially could have delivered you a bit quicker.

     

    After listening to calls with your husband Garikai, he did you absolutely no favors to get extra empathy during the process because of his rude tone and behavior over the phone with our customer service team. We never want anyone to have to sleep on the floor, but direct delivery was never promised or even requested by you( we could have charged you extra for an immediate delivery, but you wanted the most affodable option ) and we delivered you well within the window stated on your contract.

    As far as damages, you had an option to select Full Valuation Protection, which you declined, and once you file claims, you will be reimbursed for the damages through the carrier directly who actually moved you.

    We would also like to contribute some money back. Please email into **************************** and request compensation and just title the email BBB Compensation. The notes on your file will reflect this refund.

     

    We wish you the best in the future moving forward and wish you no ill will and hope you do the same to us. 

    We move nearly 3000 moves a year with 11 different moving companies. Moving industry is not always perfect but just because your move did not go as well as you hoped for, does not mean your worst enemy would also have an unsatisfactory move.

    This company is horrible. I schedule a move with them and regret it. They picked up my belongings on 10/21/2024. Here it is 11/14/2024 and I still have not received my belongings. I have called them several times and still nothing on a delivery date. Finally, someone calls me Friday, 11/09/ to tell me the driver should be in contact with me in 24 to 48 hours. Guess what? Nobody called. Talks to Compass again on 11/13, was told again I should hear something in another 24 to 48 hours. I'm writing this review on 11/14. I'll update this in 24 to 48 hours. J Derozan.

    The booking process was clear and easy. Pick up was on time and delivery was on time as well. They provide excellent service that I have recommended to my colleagues.
