  Best Choice Moving LLC outsourced furniture move to Cosmos Transport. I was told that delivery would take ***** business days from day of pickup. it took 35 days and me having to make some 11 phone calls and emails to ****************. ****** gave me incorrect and conflicting answers as to the delivery date. When items finally arrived, several items were missing.

  I'm sorry to hear your items took that long to deliver and on top of that some items were missing. This is definitely not even close to our standard. 

  I truly wish you would have kept us in the loop. Cosmos Transport has done over 1000 moves for us over the past 3 years and overall does an incredible job for us. The last time we spoke to you was 6/24/24. If our customers do not call us for assistance, resolution, reimbursement, we will assume the job went smoothly. 

   

  My suggestion to you is you call our customer service department at ************ and ask for the customer service manager on duty to try and help you get your missing items back as well as compensation.

   

  Calling us goes a long way. You gave up on us and were solely working with Cosmos which is always a mistake, but that isn't to blame you, I just always wish OUR clients communicate properly with us so we know when there is something we need to step in and take control over and make happen for our client!

  We were moving my parents from ***** to *********** (8/3/24). This company subcontracted with ******* Moving from ***********. Bait & switch scam. Bid $5000 but quote turned into over $10,000 at home morning of move by claiming we had more than quoted and claimed we didn't pack to their standards, which was not what Best Choice had instructed. Changed what they would and wouldn't move, but charged us for everything. My parents are 80 & 78 and they were preying on elderly. If I were not there and able to rent a Uhaul to take the remainder of there few possessions, they would have been forced to pay the extra $5k. All good on front end then awful on back end. Broker from Best Choice took 4 days to call back although we were promised ***** minutes, then claimed it was he said/she said and couldn't help. This is obviously how they do business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  . I am satisfied with the staff. I was really impressed by how professional and polite they were throughout the process. They did a fantastic job in every step of relocation. They made our relocation an effortless task.

  My experience is similar to that described by ************ (8/18/23).One month before our move we received a reasonable estimate at a total estimated price of $6.52 per cf. Less than 72 hours before our move I got a call to review our load. I acknowledged an additional ca. 150 cf of boxes. A completely new estimate was generated of almost double with total contract cost at $8.24 per cf due to the added material pricing at $11.51 per cf. It was urgent that I approve the estimate so that our movers could be secured. I called back the next day asking to review and update the estimate. I was told it had gone to Quality Control and scheduling so no further action could be made. I asked, and was told, final charges could go up or down based on actual load and to be adjusted by the driver. We packed carefully to reduce load by 8% and were then told no adjustment could be made. As ************ stated, this company is a broker who subcontracts the move. Pricing borders on deceptive as changes between cost elements of the first and second estimate could not be explained clearly. I felt the action to be a bait and switch with a low initial bid followed by big price increases from last minute changes priced at much higher rates. The actual movers showed up late and had to rush paperwork and loading. When we made calls to seek credit and discuss, we were redirected and told everything was final. We had to move as scheduled so became hostage to timing with no real recourse. We will not use again and wished wed have used a local company. Shame on us for trusting.

  I recently had a negative experience with a company called Best Choice Moving. They claimed to be a moving company, but in reality, they are brokers. Despite the initial estimate being promising, they subcontracted the move to a low-quality third-party company to save costs. During the move, the company demanded more money than what was previously agreed upon and even threatened to withhold my belongings if I did not comply. When I contacted Best Choice Moving about the issue, they were unhelpful and refused to refund my deposit (Read the contract's fine print is what I was told). Despite my attempts to avoid this situation by requesting a 25% overestimate, it still occurred. Based on my experience, I caution others against trusting the reviews of Best Choice Moving. It's best to go directly to a moving company and never use a broker, especially Best Choice Moving. As someone who has moved multiple times across the country, I can say that Best Choice Moving is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Best Choice Moving **************************************************************************************************************
