BBB files contain a pattern of generally from consumers that allege, prices increasing after agreements were made. Others alleged that they paid the deposit and American Standard Moving & Storage Inc never came to pick up their items. Other consumers state that they have not received their items.

On November 12th 2020, BBB sent correspondence to American Standard Moving & Storage, Inc requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally.

On January 11th 2021 BBB received the following response to whom it may concern n respect to certain consumers reporting pricing adjustments we have implemented quality assurance in which customers will receive a call 1-3 prior to pick up to review itemized inventory and to revise if necessary. We have also revised training with our location specialist and have included a bold section of the contract (Page 2) which complies any potential additional fees or additional services "in respect to "services not received" this is only in unforeseen circumstances and the consumer is notified by American and issued a refund in this event."

On May 27th 2021 BBB reviewed it most recent generally allege and determined that the pattern continues. BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
