  HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY. RUN AWAY THEY'LL NEVER SHOW UP AND STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY ARE ***** AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY RUN AWAY FAST AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

  Knowing what I know now about All-************************************************ I would not have used them. Do not use this company. Im a retired Master Chief, *******, from the school, if you said youre going to do something, your word is gold. God as my witness I promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth about my experience with All Country Van Lines. Here are the issues I had with the moving company:On a moving day, the moving company - they were scheduled to arrive between 8 am-10 am, they showed up at 2:35 pm The moving crew stated they had just exited the road from ***** and were tired. They worked loading my four-bedroom household items on the truck from 3 pm to 7:20 pm; they did not finish and had to return the next day to finish the job because they arrived late and were tired. The next day they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 am, they arrived at approximately 11 am and finished at 3:45 pm. They did not clean up after themselves, leaving their trash on the floor.During the move, the movers damaged my walls and furniture.I had to repair and paint the walls.I had to help the movers move a furniture item because they did not have enough help. The salesperson provided great customer service. However, he did not keep his word. He promised to be available on a moving day to help resolve issues with the moving company. I called the salesperson several times for two days and left voicemail messages, but he never called me back. I cant trust a person who acts in this manner. After getting nowhere with the salesperson, I called the customer service supervisor; the supervisor promised to contact the moving company and help resolve the issues. The supervisor promised to call me back - but I never received a callback. I emailed All-*********************************************** to allow them to respond to my complaint, but they did not. I submitted a claim for furniture damages in September 2023, I am still waiting for the claim to be paid.

  All Country Van line quoted me $2,000 to move me from my one bedroom, 500 sf to my studio apartment. At the time of delivery they wanted $4,000 on top of the $1,900 I already paid. My total went from $2,000 to $5,900 at the time of delivery. I will not be using them in the future.

  All Country brokered our deal out to a moving company (MMG Moving) whose owner is under investigation for moving fraud schemes. The owner of MMG has been indicted and could face up to a 300 year sentence and $6.25 million in fines. When I told All Country that this was who they had sold my business to they could not care less. All Country Van Lines are complicit in the $11k worth of damage to my property due to failing to properly vet moving companies to ensure due diligence.

  We dont normally write reviews, but All Country earned this. We shipped our brother in laws special assistance equiptment in August, including his wheelchair, to North Carolina. His stuff required special handling and care, which All Country did, and delivered it all before he arrived at his sisters residence. Perfect! We appreciate the service by All Country and give a special shout out to ****, who took the time to ensure this operation went smoothly.

  All country made my move easy and worry free, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional company to assist in a long distance move. Ask for ***** or ****, both of them were very patient with the questions my wife and I had during the process.
