    This company has set it up for you to fail. They promise that you will only be charged for the $35 registration fee. They also charge you an additional medicine charge of $80 before you have even gotten your approval in. How they cheat you is they tell you. that you have a 10 window to cancel. You have to wait for the US Mail to bring you the paperwork to qualify for the lower prescription price. It can't be done with in the 10-day window. So, you return package will arrive back in ****************** past the 10 deadline which allows them to keep the total of $115 for talking to you for a few minutes and mailing their forms for you to sign. It is a clear rip off from the minute you make the phone call.

    I am a Medical Assistant at a *************** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! They are applying for patient assistance thru the drug manufacturer, you can do this yourself for FREE!! If you do not know how, contact your provider and speak with their medical assistant or their nurse, we will print off the paperwork for you and submit it free. Do not give these thieves your money!!!

    In reaching out to this company I was attempting to get my prescription Eliquis. Went through process and was told there would be a $35 administrative fee non refundable a that my prescription would not be more than $80 a month, which was cheaper than my prescription insurance would cover. They immediately charged my credit card for the $115. This was in March. Sent me paperwork to complete. In the meantime they charged me another $80 in April. I have yet to see any prescription. I am waiting in paperwork they additionally required. Receive a call from them for me to contact Medicare about my 3% out of pocket and they wanted me to call them back with information. They are supposed to be my advocate and I’m doing all the work. I feel they are misleading. I have cancelled my enrollment with them and am disputing the charges because I have not received the services they said they would provide. Also they told me that the monthly $80 fee was not for the prescription but their service and I already paid an administrative fee. They are very misleading about what their services are. I will not be recommending this business to anybody.

    RX Advocates are the real deal! My medication was $47 a month last year this year same drug $500! RX got it for me at $80! They were professional, courteous, and knew exactly what to do. They even sent me a self addressed envelope to send back the paperwork. If your ******** provider or I guess any insurance company or even if you have no insurance and your drug costs have sky rocketed give these guys a call!

    Good product. Great service. Reliable. Product always arrived on time. Customer reps are compassionate and helpful, I always felt taken care of. I could not have afforded this medication were it not for RX Advocates. Happy to recommend them to others.

    A super star company with outstanding customer service and experts in navigating the complex world of medical insurance, prescription drug coverages and thousands of contact points from physicians to confusing forms and communications. I have been a customer from mid 2024 and am blown away by the expert staff and outstanding prompt customer service. They truly do go the extra mile in overcoming problems, delays and complexities of the burdensome medical field.Most initial financial assistance applications can be very hard to sort through but the RX people really know their stuff and work-around solutions. They helped guide me with 5 different drug companies. Their follow through and communication was fantastic resulting in thousands of dollars in savings at a fraction of what I had been paying.RX is the real deal! I am amazed at what they do and what they can accomplish - a hard thing to find with any company these days!

    Total ripe off! I followed up with ****** and handled it myself. Charged me ****** and then ***** per month. I started process in December still no ******. They have zero follow through. Save yourself the frustration and do it yourself. God bless.

    When I looked this company up on BBB originally it had an A rating. Now I see they are not accredited! I applied in October of 2024 They charged me a $35 app fee and first month fee. Filled out their paperwork and sent it in. They sent me paperwork and charged me the next month's fee before the paperwork was even submitted ... They said my dr was a student dr so the pharmaceutical company wouldn't accept their referral. I got the supervisor of my dr to fil out the paperwork. Sent it in. Now I had been out of my medicine for three months now. they dragged their feet. I called and they said they were going to look at it in a few days. I said I go on Medicare Feb first so since it took them so long, I really didn't need them nor did i want to deal with them any longer and requested a refund. I was told "just cause your situation changed doesn't qualify for a refund ", How ignorant and money grabbing! My situation changed because they fiddled around leaving me without my diabetic meds. I believe they are a **** company!
