Poor Service, Misleading Practices, and Credit Score Impact If you are paying your debts on time and want to protect your credit, do yourself a favor and do not enroll with Cordoba Legal Group.I enrolled with them on January 23, 2025, and as of June 6, 2025, they have not settled a single payment with any of my creditors. When I enrolled, no one informed me that they would require three months of missed payments before even beginning to negotiate with creditors. Even after that waiting period, they still have not reached a single ************* a result of enrolling with them, my credit score has dropped by 151 points. When I called to express my concern, the representative told me, Well, you need to choose, either you pay your debts or your credit score takes the hit." I found this response incredibly unprofessional and dismissive, especially since none of my creditors have been ******* make matters worse, Ive been calling regularly, and every time the retention department promises that someone will follow up. It has now been over a month, and no one has contacted me with any updates. Yet, they continue to send email and text reminders for my monthly payments, despite having done nothing to resolve any of my debts. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel misled, ignored, and financially harmed by this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. Were sorry to hear that your experience hasnt met expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how your personalized plan works and what steps have been taken so far.

You retained our services on January 23, 2025, and  a 34-month customized plan was created based on your seven enrolled debts and the budget you approved. Our services are designed specifically for individuals who are no longer able to make regular payments to their creditors due to financial hardship, such as an unexpected life event. It is not intended for those who are still able to comfortably keep up with minimum payments or those that have not faced any disruption to their financial situation.

Because most clients who work with us are already past due or about to fall behind, the potential for negative impact to credit is discussed in detail during the Welcome Call. That call is recorded and includes a required verbal acknowledgment from the client confirming they understand this potential negative impact to their credit. As covered during our initial call, we do make payments directly to your creditors on your behalf. Instead, you make monthly payments that are deposited into your dedicated ******** account, which you have full control of. Once enough funds have accumulated, we begin negotiating with each creditor individually on your behalf. Settlement timing depends on several factors, including the balance of the debt and the accounts status.

Regarding the statement that one of our agents said, you need to choose, either you pay your debts or your credit score takes the hit, we want to assure you that we take this type of concern seriously. After reviewing all recorded conversations on your account, we were unable to locate any call where this statement, or anything similar, was made by a member of our team. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback as an opportunity to continue improving how we communicate with and support our clients.

We were able to speak with you on Monday, July 7. As committed during that conversation, we are actively reaching out to each of your creditors to determine whether any are in a position to negotiate at this time. You can expect a follow-up this week with updates on those efforts.

Our team remains fully committed to advocating on your behalf and helping you move toward financial resolution. Please dont hesitate to reach out to us directly with any further questions.

I am rejecting this response because:

However, I feel that my primary concern may have been misunderstood.

I fully understand that your services are designed to assist individuals who are no longer able to make payments. However, that was not my situation, I was still actively making payments despite facing personal challenges at the time. My concern is that this critical distinction was not clearly explained at the beginning. From the start, your team should have informed me of how your program functions so that I could make an informed decision about whether or not to enroll.

While I understand that your calls are recorded, I was told that my credit score might be slightly affected, not to the degree that it actually was. Its especially troubling that six months have passed without a single payment being made to my creditors, and throughout this time, communication from your team has been severely lacking.

I have had to initiate nearly all contact myself, and each time, Im told someone will follow up with updates, but no one ever does.Additionally, one of your agents told me, in essence, that I could not expect to maintain good credit while being in the program, which contradicts what I was originally led to believe. I may not be quoting their exact words, but the message was clear and troubling.

Its also worth mentioning; what a coincidence that I received a follow-up call on Monday, July 7, just one day after submitting my complaint to the BBB. Why did it take a formal complaint for someone to reach out?

The key issue here is the lack of transparency and follow-up. While your team has been polite during phone calls, the fact remains that after six months, I have seen no progress. It is extremely disappointing that the process was not thoroughly explained from the beginning, particularly regarding the impact on my credit score, which was minimized but has been far more severe than described.

I strongly urge your organization to improve communication practices and to follow through on promises made to clients, whether by phone, email, or written correspondence, so that issues can be addressed proactively, not only after complaints are filed.

    Sincerely,

    ****** **********

I signed up with this program in January of 2025. I was told that they would settle my accounts and make payments to my creditors within a small time frame. They never told me that it would be 6 months before they would settle the accounts. They have only settled one account and haven't even contacted other creditors. This is false advertising. The sales people are not telling the truth when they talk to customers. The fees are higher. I could have negotiated and paid off or gone with another company and my credit would not have been destroyed.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/09/2025

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how your personalized plan works and what to expect.

When you retained our services on January 13, 2025, we created a customized 28-month plan based on the information provided at enrollment. From the outset, we explain that the time frame to negotiate settlements varies by creditor. This is based on several factors, including the current status of each account and the total amount enrolled for each creditor. For this reason, it is not possible to guarantee or provide a blanket timeline for when settlements will occur. Regarding your concern about a delay in settlements: we do not give a specific time frame in which  settlements can be made, such as six. Every clients situation is unique, and the negotiation strategy must be customized accordingly. Promising or implying uniform timelines would be misleading and irresponsible on our part.

During our initial recorded call, we clearly communicate that we do not lend money to pay off your debts, nor do we make payments directly to your creditors on your behalf. Instead, you make scheduled monthly payments that are deposited into your dedicated ForthPay account, which you maintain full control. Once there are sufficient funds available, we begin negotiations with your creditors.

Since you retained our services, one of your five enrolled debts has been successfully settled, resulting in a reduction greater than 50% from the original balance. This is a meaningful outcome and demonstrates early progress in your personalized plan.

As for the fees, they are performance-based and outlined clearly in your signed Retainer Agreement. We do not collect any performance-related fees until a settlement is successfully negotiated and agreed upon.

Finally, in regard to your credit. We take time to explain during the Welcome Call, and ask for your confirmation, that participation in a debt resolution plan can have a potential negative impact on your credit. We are fully transparent about this during our initial call with all clients.

We were able to speak with you on Monday, July 7, and as committed during that conversation, a member of our management team will be following up with you directly. We remain committed to helping and supporting you through each step of the process. We are always here to help.

I sign a contract with ******* ****** bacian in April to settle my credit card debt and a personal loan. I was told I april(when I asked) if I need to continue to make mt monthly payments, I was told No that it would be taken care of. I kept getting phone calls from my bank, saying they could reposes my vehicles because the personal loan was through the same bank. I was told if I had questions to give ******* a call since he has been working with me. So I did and low and behold, he didn't remember helping me and his computer "wasn't working "So I called customer service to figure out what was going on. Mind you this is in June now. I was told by the gentleman I talked to that the personal loan should have never been part if my contract and it needed to be taken off. ***!!!!!!! So for 3 months my payment was taken out of my account with no knowledge that the loan couldn't be on there. My personal loan is $440 a month, through these guys my payments was $449 which helped a lot because we were severely struggling. Now that the contract had to be ******, they are now costing me money.... again ***. They took off my personal loan, which was a total if $16,000 put just my credit cards on there which is around $9,000 and my payment through them is over $300. So now I'm paying my personal loan and the extra for them. You aren't helping save money or helping at all at this point.I didn't make the mistake, you guys did and this is so not right. You guys screwed up not me and now I'm paying for it. This is on you guys and you should take accountability for your s**** up.I would never recommend this group, since they don't seem to know what they can and cannot have in a contract for debt relief.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and appreciate the chance to clarify the situation and outline whats been done so far.

You retained Cordoba Legal Group in April 2025, and your original file included both credit card accounts and a personal loan. While that personal loan is technically unsecured, we identified that it is held by the same lender as your auto loan. In these situations, including the loan in a debt resolution personalize plan, even if its not secured, can create risk to the vehicle, as lenders may pursue action on the related auto loan when another account with them becomes delinquent.

To protect your vehicle from potential repossession, we recommended that the personal loan be removed from your enrolled accounts. This change was made to safeguard your broader financial situation, not due to eligibility, but out of caution based on lender behavior weve seen in similar cases.

Once that loan was removed, we immediately recalculated your monthly payment and personalized plan timeline based on the remaining enrolled credit card debts (approximately $9,000 total). This resulted in a reduction in both the monthly cost and the overall time in your personalize plan, reflecting the new debt total fairly.

Regarding your concern about the three monthly payments that have already been drafted: please rest assured, none of those funds were applied toward the personal loan that has since been removed. All of your funds have been safely held in your dedicated Forth Pay account, which you have full access to and can view at any time. These funds will be used exclusively for negotiating and resolving your remaining enrolled debts.

Our team will be reaching out directly to walk through your current status, discuss next steps, and make sure you feel confident moving ahead. We remain committed to helping you resolve your debts while protecting your financial stability.

I received a call from Cordoba Legal telling me they had an amazing opportunity for me to get out of debt within 2 yrs and that after viewing my information they could see my current debt company wasnt helping me. They told me they would pay off the entire debt for **************** ($4000) and *************** ($4000) within 2 yrs, I would just need to pay $290 every month. I was skeptical and told them I wasnt sure but they pressured me into it. They even said they had a law firm I could call for any help if I needed and that it was the best option I had. Ive been paying them $290 since Dec 2024, over $2000 and I just received a notice from **************** telling me I am over due, my balance is the same if not more than it was last December before I signed up with Cordoba Legal and now I have a $400 min payment I must pay or I will receive late fees! I checked *************** and the same thing! I owe the same amount as before! I am beyond upset, this company is a scam and I cant believe the BBB is backing them! I thought the BBB was credible and looked out for consumers but here Im proved wrong!!!! I need help dealing with this I am afraid Ive lost all that money i sent them plus some.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take every client experience seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

First, wed like to address some important details. According to our records, your enrollment with Cordoba Legal Group began on April 5, 2025, not December 2024, as stated. Since then, youve made three monthly payments totaling $829.41. We are not affiliated with any other company you may have previously worked with, so if you were enrolled elsewhere and canceled, that process would not impact your enrollment or progress with us.

We also want to clarify what our program offers. We are not a lender, and we do not make payments to your creditors. This is clearly reviewed during the enrollment process and in your signed Retainer Agreement. In addition, these points are covered again during your Welcome Call, a call which is recorded and requires your confirmation that you understand how the program works.

The balances you listed for your **************** and *************** accounts do not match the verified credit report data we reviewed with you during enrollment. At that time, the balances were notably higher. As part of our process, this information is double-checked with you to ensure full transparency.

Since you enrolled, weve attempted to proactively reach out on three separate occasions to review your file and answer any questions. While those calls went unanswered, we did receive a text message from you regarding a payment date adjustment, and one of our representatives promptly called you back to assist.

We are proud to be an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, and we encourage you to explore verified reviews from actual clients on platforms like TrustPilot. These provide a broader view of the experiences our clients have had with our services.

Finally, we understand that managing debt is stressful, and confusion can sometimes arise. Our team will reach out to you directly today to go over your file in detail, answer any outstanding questions, and find a solution that works for you. Your financial well-being is our priority, and were here to support you every step of the way.

The sales person originally sold me on a program that would create a resolve between my creditors into a zero interest payback program that would not negatively effect my credit report. When the program started and once they starting taking money out of my account, they claimed that they have reached a settlement and are charging 25% of the settlement do to the reduction of the amount owed. This is not what I was told in the original sales call or else I would not have went through the program. This is very scummy and misleading. Now they are claiming they are entitled to the 25% of the settlement even though that is not what I wanted a program for and even though I wanted to cancel after the fact and not go through with the settlement, they want to keep that 25% as well as other "fees" as a free ride, without me receiving any benefits.

    Business Response

    Date: 06/18/2025

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. Were sorry to hear that your experience with Cordoba Legal Group did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.

You enrolled in our program on May 6, 2025, with the goal of resolving your unsecured debts through negotiated settlements. To clarify a few key points:
    * This is not a 0% interest program because this is not a loan. We do not consolidate or refinance debt. Instead, we negotiate directly with creditors to reduce the total amount owed.
    * Regarding credit impact, we do explain during the recorded compliance call that your credit may be negatively impacted. This disclosure requires and received your verbal acknowledgment before the program moved forward.
    * As for fees, all associated costs, including the Earned Performance Fee, are clearly outlined in the retainer agreement you signed at the time of enrollment.

Since your enrollment, weve already secured one settlement with a creditor on your behalf, demonstrating meaningful progress toward your financial goals. Our records show that we had two conversations with you after enrollment, the most recent being on June 17, 2025, when you expressed your desire to cancel. We honored that request promptly.

After speaking with you on June 18 and reviewing your concerns, we confirmed that a full refund was issued.

We take all feedback seriously and regret that your experience didnt meet your expectations.

If you have any further questions, were happy to assist.

To be fair to Cordoba Legal Group, I believe most of the weight of my complaint is on the sales person who led me to them due to all the misinformation that came from that call.  Cordoba contacted me and tried to make it right and I really appreciate them reaching out.  I hope they resolve the issue with the sales people and make sure that people are not led astray with things involving their finances.  They have resolved my complaint as far as I'm concerned.  They seemed like they genuinely wanted to reach a resolve between both parties.  I think they are very professional and are honorable in what they do, it is just that I was sold on something completely different.

The reason I applied is the mail piece I received stating that I could apply for a loan up to $15,000 with interest rates as low as 5.95%. My intention was to pay off all my cards and have one loan payment with a lower interest rate. I have always paid my creditors on time and when I can send. I am not in debt to where I cannot afford to pay, I am not filing for bankruptcy. After replying to the letter from Forward Funding I received a call from **** that evening with the loan offers. The loan interest rates were as high as my credit cards He offered an alternative that sounded good saving thousands. He was explaining this is the best way to go. He sent the contract over I said Id call him back after I read it over. He insisted going over it with me which he did. ,he said. First thing the next morning which was Sunday I read the contract for myself with a clear head I immediately attempted to contact **** and **** ***** that never responded. I then sent emails with scanned Notice of Cancellation Monday Im receiving emails that its still going forward. I should of not been offered to go this route in the first place. It clearly states CLGs representation is only suitable for persons who are already in default under one or more credit agreements, or unable to honor their obligations under such agreements. The agreement states I can cancel at any time. I have been attempting to cancel the agreement prior to anything being started. I have sent certified letters to Cordoba and Forth. On the last page of the contract it reads "To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram, to at, NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF June *******. I sent a telegram yesterday. Still no reply except its being reviewed. They do all of their formal paperwork by email but in order to cancel I have to send certified letters and a $79 telegram.

    Date: 06/11/2025

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concerns. I want to make sure you have full clarity on the status of your account and the steps weve taken since your request.

On June 2, 2025, the same day you enrolled in our program, we received your request to cancel. We immediately placed your account into cancellation status and paused all scheduled payments. I can confirm that:
    - No payments have been withdrawn from your account
    - No future payments will be processed
    - There is no fee to cancel your enrollment at any time during the program

While our agreement outlines several ways to submit a cancellation notice, we want to be clear that we do not require you to send a certified letter or pay to send a telegram. Your emailed Notice of Cancellation was fully sufficient, and your account was promptly processed for cancellation.

Since the complaint was filed, **** attempted to contact you twice. During the first call, you let us know you were unavailable to talk, and during the second, we left a voicemail.

We also want to address one important point regarding the loan expectations. Cordoba Legal Group does not offer or issue loans, and this is clearly explained during the recorded compliance call that all clients are required to complete. As part of that call, you acknowledged your understanding that our program does not offer a loan and confirmed your intention to move forward.

As you noted, our program is designed for individuals experiencing financial hardship or who are unable to maintain current payments.Once you determined this program was not the right fit for your situation, you chose to cancel, and we respected and acted on that request immediately.

If you have any additional questions or would like written confirmation of your cancellation, were happy to provide it.

Thank you for your message and for allowing us the opportunity to clarify.
Weve reviewed your account and want to confirm that the $600 fee you are referencing was never charged by Cordoba Legal Group. The $600 referenced was not a service fee, it was the additional amount required to accept a settlement offer from ***********. To meet the terms of that particular offer, we presented the option of contributing that amount in order to proceed.
After discussing it with you, you decided not to move forward with that offer, and no additional funds were withdrawn or charged. As with all our settlements, we present offers that are negotiated directly with the creditor, and it is always your choice whether to approve or decline them. We do not charge any fees unless a settlement is successfully negotiated, accepted by you, and fully funded.
We appreciate your communication and are here if you have any further questions or concerns about your program. Our goal remains to support you in resolving your enrolled accounts in a way that works best for your situation.

I signed up for a credit card relief loan in December of 2024. I signed a contract to pay $1061/mo over 48 months in exchange for Cordoba settling a total of $63,000 with 5 credit card companies. I was told that the negotiation process would take 6 months, and that my credit score would start recovering after that time. Cordoba finally negotiated the last 2 credit cards 18 months later (12 months late), and then said they needed an additional $785 per month over 14 months. Their rationalization for this was that the credit card companies didn't settle as low as expected, but each one of them settled for approximately 50% of the original debt. My previous ******* point credit score is now around 570 with no relief in sight. Cordoba has ruined my credit while increasing my agreed loan payment, so now I will pay them a total of $62,000, only $1,000 less than my total original credit card debt. Each of the many times I have spoken with a representative, their English was broken with a heavy accent and I was not able to understand them. I asked for a supervisor repeatedly, but when granted one, they were no easier to understand. I repeatedly asked them to send me communications in writing via email but they generally would not.Last month they sent me a new contract with the new payment schedule totalling $1,846/mo, and I felt I had no choice but to sign it because my credit score is so bad. I asked when my score would start improving, and now they say it will not increase until the end of my agreement, another 2.5 years.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and respond to your experience.

When you enrolled with Cordoba Legal Group in December 2024,you received an estimate for the duration and monthly deposit amount required to resolve your enrolled debts. These figures were projections, not fixed terms, based on the information available at the time. Your program involved five credit card accounts, and we are pleased to confirm that settlements have now been reached on all five. One has been fully paid, and the remaining four are under active payment plans. The average savings across these settlements is 44.97%.

Regarding your concern about the additional funds requested. When a creditor presents a settlement offer that requires more than what has already been accumulated in your dedicated account, we contact you with that offer and explain what is needed to accept it. You always have the choice to approve or decline that settlement based on what works for you. We do not move forward without your consent.
Regarding your mention of a loan, we want to clarify that Cordoba Legal Group does not provide loans. This is clearly stated during our compliance call and in the retainer agreement. Our program is structured around monthly deposits that fund negotiated resolutions with your creditors, not loan repayments.

In terms of communication, while the majority of client interactions happen through direct conversation with our teamallowing us to answer questions in real timewe do provide written communication for key updates. These include settlement offer confirmations and other significant account developments, which are typically shared via email. While were not able to generate written responses for every unique client inquiry due to the volume and specificity of requests, we do our best to honor requests for email follow-up when feasible.

Were sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced in understanding our representatives. Our team includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, and were committed to providing professional, courteous, and clear service to every client. We will use your feedback to continue improving our communication practices.

We were also able to speak with you directly to answer all of your questions regarding the concerns outlined in your complaint. If there is anything further you need, please dont hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We're sorry for any frustration this caused and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarity.

When you contacted us on May 13 to close your account, your scheduled payment for that day had already begun processing. Per the terms of your signed retainer agreement, payments scheduled for the same day cannot be canceled as we are unable to stop it. We understand thats not ideal timing, and we truly regret any inconvenience it caused.

That same day, your cancellation request was fully processed. When you called us again on May 19 to ask about a refund, our team, including a supervisor, walked through what to expect and explained that if any funds remained after the account review, they would be refunded.

We reconnected with you on June 3 and were able to confirm that your refund had been processed. While the exact timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your bank, everything on our end had been completed.

We understand this may not have been the experience you expected, but we hope its clear that we acted quickly to close your account and return any applicable funds. If you have any further questions or need anything else, were here to help.

I am embarrassed to say that I have been dealing with Cordoba "legal" group since August 10. 2023, almost two years. I was given the time frame of 20 months pay off, which was deceptive. I could have paid the creditors directly for less, but I chose Cordoba because I had been told 20 months. That time frame was even reiterated recently when I reminded a representative that I was told 20 months, and I was told again, yes, 20 months. Another representative, however, stated that 20 months would not be realistic because the second creditor had not even been negotiated, after nearly two years. I was told the first creditor had been paid off, and I was given a settlement number, but that creditor SOLD the debt. I have paid 16 months to Cordoba at about *****, and they have paid maybe a little over $1000, if that, to one creditor. If this company had been forth coming, I would never have dealt with them and wasted so much money for so little. I have given up, on them and the creditor, for every time I call Cordoba ("Forth"), I get a different answer/solution. They lie, and I hope no one else gets bamboozled like I had been bamboozled, and I hope the portal has money that has not been eaten up by hidden fees that can actually pay the creditor(s).

Cordoba Legal Group was engaged to represent you in August of 2023. At that time, you enrolled with two unsecured debts and specific challenges related to those accounts. The Firm estimated that it would take approximately 20 months to work through the situation and negotiate with your creditors. This timeline, like all estimates provided during enrollment, includes the time required for back-and-forth communication with creditors as well as the work to be completed both by our team and by you as the client.

Since your enrollment, and in the approximately 16 months we've worked together, one of your two creditor accounts has been successfully resolved and paid in full. That settlement resulted in a savings of 39.9%. The second account remains active and is still being ************ your complaint, you mentioned that only $1,000 had been paid to a creditor. That statement is inaccurate. More has been paid toward your settled account, and we would be happy to review your settlement documentation with you directly.

Cordoba Legal Group disclosed all program detailsincluding estimated timelines, fee structures, and the settlement processin the Retainer Agreement you signed at enrollment. These same terms were also reviewed with you during your initial, recorded compliance call. The Firm does not receive any fees related to debt resolution until a specific debt has been successfully settled.

You raised concerns regarding our transparency and communication. We want to reaffirm our commitment to both. Our program is designed to be clear and straightforward, and we regret if any recent communications have not met your expectations. Our team remains available to address your questions and ensure you feel confident in the support youre receiving.

Since the date of your complaint, we have made two attempts to reach you to clarify any remaining questions. We are committed to continuing our representation and welcome the opportunity to speak with you at your convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Dear Better Business Bureau representative,

I did receive the formal response from Cordoba group, but I see no reason to reach out to them again, because I have done so too many times already.
1: "The Firm estimated that it would take approximately 20 months to work through the situation and negotiate with your creditors."
disagree: I was under the impression that the process would be complete in 20 months, and 20 months was also confirmed recently-- and I was told I would have about four or five months of payments left. Otherwise, I would have paid the creditor directly, who had a longer pay back term.  Whatever was saved in negotiation seems to have been paid to Cordoba.

    2. "one of your two creditor accounts has been successfully resolved and paid in full."
disagree: I have received correspondence that the bill, after almost twenty months, has not been paid but has instead been sold (letters attached).  Another representative said it was not paid because about $200 needed to be paid to finalize payment, which is yet another inconsistent response.

    3. "The Firm does not receive any fees related to debt resolution until a specific debt has been successfully settled."

disagree: all I see are fees deducted.  After the fact, I was told $60 each month was to be deducted. I could not really get a clear response in reference to what fees were being paid and why.  Are most of the monies held in the portal, or is all spent, on a bill not fully paid?  I should not have to pay two people:  Cordoba (Forth) and Insurgent, the new owner of the debt.

This process caused more harm than help, for other payments could not be paid while I was paying this company to do nothing.  My life insurance premiums, which cost about the same amount that Cordoba withdrew, even lapses today if I do nothing about it.  I refuse to speak with them again, for I get a different story each time I speak with a different representative.

Here would be a snapshot of communication attempts during the month of May and towards June, though Cordoba consistently calls twice a day, and sometimes three, even though I work during 7-3:30 and have tried to make that known.  Sometimes when I answer, the call drops, and I hear from no one:

Of course, more calls followed, as usual: I actually answered the call from Cordoba Legal (************) on June 6, 2025 at 4:52, and I listened for six minutes and 48 seconds, only to be told that I had agreed to waste money waiting for results that never came.  I said have a nice day and hung up-- they were too busy defending themselves to do what they said they would do-- resolve the cards in 20 months.

When the new owner of the debt contacts me, I will let them know that, according to Cordoba, the debt has been paid in full, even though the new owner expects me to pay more on it.  One cannot do wrong and expect right, so I will watch for divine intervention for vengeance.  Sincerely-
