    Dont care for the ring. Im trying to return it. The company states to contact them via email to begin the process. I have not received a response to my email or a confirmation. I wanted to call them to inquire about the return this way, but could not find a number posted anywhere but through your site. It was then I began to read about problems others had with their orders. I have had a weird feeling since I started the return process. It was only last week, but I am concerned and would like to resolve this issue.

    Order number is *****. I purchased a two tone spinner ring and bracelet on 12/12/2023. I recieved the items but would like to return due to the cheap quality of the items. I paid $161 for the two items.. I have reached out several times via email first being 12/27 and 1/2/2024. I have not heard anything from them in regards to my request to return the items

    Purchased an Aria ******* ring in sterling silver and 14k gold in July 2023, order # *****. The supposed 14K gold is now completely silver and the ring is of poor quality. I have reached out via email 6 times with no response and the phone number listed here is not a working number.

    I purchased ring in January 2023. It was $67. Communication was very good with them. I had purchased other item from them and was not happy so they exchanged it with no problem. I started wearing the aria ******* ring a little more often and noticed the supposedly 14 kt gold band was turning almost silver. I sent them a picture of the ring next to my 14 kt gold wedding band that I have worn for 40 years and asked if their ring was 14 kt. I have sent numerous emails asking for a response , but have heard nothing. I even asked if I could return, and no response. They advertise in the description it is sterling silver and 14 kt gold. Obviously not so. I would like the ring replaced and for others not to be tricked into thinking they were getting 14 kt gold.

    I agree that there were 2 exchanges.  The first was for the *********************** ring the 2nd for the aria ******* ring.  The **** was due to the size and the ******* part hurting my finger.  It was exchanged, not returned. The **** was exchanged due to size.  My complaint was that the aria ******* is advertised at 14 kt gold and is obviously not.  Also after contacting them numerous times I got no response.  Funny after you get involved they respond, but still no answer if ring is 14 kt as advertised.

    I purchased a Christmas present with express shipping to have a gift arrive before Christmas. The gift did not arrive still and it has been over a week. I have contacted the company contact information via email with no response and still have no received the gift. This company not only didn't fulfill the allotted time they are now ignoring my attempts at contacting them.

    Purchased a ring but upon receipt, it did not fit. I could not contact Ideaure directly and was instructed on the website to email them for return instructions. I have sent five emails and have not heard back at all. I just want to resolve this issue.

    I purchased a spinner ring fromt this company on 9/17. When I received the ring I wore it for about 2 weeks when it broke. I contacted the company via email and they responded quickly and promptly sent me a replacement ring however, it was clearly a different size from the original ring that I ordered. They also sent me return label for the broken ring. The replacement ring i did open up until a week later. When i tried it on it was too small. I reached out again to let them know that I had returned the broken ring and the replacement ring on 11/4 using the label that they sent. I dropped it off at the *** store and they said they could ship but were unable to provide a tracking number since it was ***** I got no response back from 11/4 message sent. On 11/14 I emailed again with no response. I have also messaged company on messenger on 11/26 with no response. I paid via PayPal. I contacted them so they could reach out. They have not received a response. I want a refund. I do not have either rings. The 1st one broke ND the replacement was a different size from what I ordered (size 5). I think it is unprofessional to not respond to any messages from a customer.

    I ordered 2 rings on October 23, 2023. I have received nothing. I received an email that a shipping label had been created quickly. But it still sits in **********, **. I have heard back from ********* a few times that there was a delay. They quit responding to email. I would just like my money back.
