      Unable to provide services and would not give me a refund even though this was not the first incident. Requested an adjustmenrt to get cancellation sooner than the year's termination date, even after I attempted to use the service again for a plumbing issue (which could not be provided within reason. Their selection of Provider was more than 90 miles away from my house.) Cinch still wanted to collect $120 from me. Saying that was their standard practice, even though this provider was more than 90 miles away from my house. I asked that my cancellation be done on the spot, but I was told that you already have an order pending to get it canceled, And I would have to wait for that termination date. And I could not get a refund. Overall, since was unable to provide any service for me. I found my own provider, and paid out of pocket, with a denial of any reimbursements for the one service I did have completed by a plumber. My money has been wasted, and could have gone towards the drainage issue that I currently experience in my house.

      Worst company I have ever worked with. Run, dont walk. Took months on 2 different simple jobs to resolve and still not resolved yet. Paid $200 deductible for every job and they wont return it if you dont get the job done by them. Stay away! Trying calling them2hours for a reply from someone that speaks very broken English and has to keep asking someone else what to do. Put you on hold for 15 minutes after you finally reach a representative. One told me today he would call back in 15 minutes. That was 6 hours ago. Big waste of your hard earned dollars. Found another company rated number 1. Hope this works out better

      This company ***** in customer ********************** and ********************** over all. We have been without A/C for almost 3 weeks in these extreme temperatures and still being told that we need to make another appointment. We have been loyal customers for years and can't believe this is how they treat their customers.CONSUMERS BE AWARE!!!!! This is NOT the company for your home warranty!!!!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!

      UNRESPONSIVE, INCOMPETENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. After paying religiously my monthly fee for almost 2 yrs, I called in to request a service provider to fix 2 leaking outdoor faucets.After 2 questionable providers and 3 weeks waiting for a repair I finally gave up calling them back and called a local service, ***********************, that picked up the phone on the 2nd ring and got me a plumber scheduled the next day at 7:30am. *********************** got all the service done within the day and now I'm battling a reimbursement process with Cinch.3 calls waiting over 20 minutes for customer success to pick up the phone....If talking directly with them does not work, filling a lawsuit will be the next step.

      Terrible company, an absolute scam. Does not have providers and then proceeds not to cover the entire costs for a covered item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS WARRANTY

      Less than a zero! This company has become ******** cannot get a representative on the phone I've e-mailed them dozens of times and nothing. I'll be cancelling my contract.

      Single worst company *** ever dealt with. Process has been ongoing for over 2 months. They dont respond to emails, calls are at least 30 min wait. ************* of a company. My claim still isnt resolved although it was approved

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! This company is nearly impossible to reach a human, once you do they have to have someone contact you and then it is a long time (if ever) to get a response. We had three companies give us analysis and cost of the **** and yet Cinch insisted they send someone. The company they sent had one star reviews only and all of them so bad!!! That "Company" was so truly ignorant it was comedic. They lost their analysis and had to return. 2 months later we still dont have any answers and its getting hot and need AC. FINALLY after lots of unanswered calls and messages, they say there is a part used that was not the one recommended by the company. The other **** folks stated this is a common substitute due to the age of the ****. Cinch refused it. They finally had someone call to ask us to send in the invoice and explanation of problem from the other company we used and that took me a couple days but in the meantime they sent a check for $100 to cover a $7000 ****. They sent it before they even considered the paperwork they asked us to send them (which took many hours out of my day to compile and send). When called they continued to say they stand by the loophole of the part substitution. THEY SUCK! DO NOT USE

      I inherited a Cinch policy when I bought my house. I will NOT be moving forward with keeping the policy once the 1-year window expires. My furnace was leaking water when I turned the central AC on. A rug in the basement absorbed nearly all the water. I put in the claim on 27 June. It is now a month later, and my furnace is nowhere close to being replaced by Cinch. They sent out a service provider in the first week of July and closed the claim without my knowledge based on 1 aspect of the furnace still functioning. I called the next day simply to follow up and made them re-open the claim. They sent the same provider out the next day who had to file a second report saying it's not repairable. He even took pictures of my furnace showing the bottom of it completely rusted out from all the leaked water. Cinch then spent the next 2-3 weeks attempting to find another service provider for a "2nd opinion." I have hounded them every single day, even threatening legal action since I have no AC in the middle of summer. Additionally, despite removing the wet rug, mold started to grow all over my basement. I had the mold professionally cleaned all before Cinch found a second service provider to come out to my house. In losing my patience with their utter incompetence, I found my own service provider and scheduled a full furnace replacement. In a matter of about a week and a half I did on my own what Cinch has failed to do in over a month's time. Their customer ********************** is absolutely horrendous. I have been hung up on multiple times, and no one seems to care despite their glacial pace of dealing with claims also causing a potential health hazard with the mold growth. As a customer, you are not "allowed" to speak to any other department besides customer **********************, and customer ********************** never tells me the same story about the status of my claim from one day to the next. Absolute garbage company that is the epitome of incompetence, slowness, and carelessness.

      During a heatwave Cinch home left my family without air conditioning for more than two weeks. Sent request to 4 providers to assist. two out of 4 came and diagnosed the same issue that we needed a replacement. Please know I have called for three years for the same issue and mend it and another co pay given never replacing. Now that it cannot be mended, they are rolling dices on providers to change the others assessment. With a heatwave and two young children Cinch provides no customer ********************** and care to their customers.
