  Money grab! They rope you into a contract that is never actually explained to you just to get a ridiculous amount of money from sick people. Dont allow you to cancel if youve done a physical but require a physical? Not healthcare just a scam that wants to prey on the sick and disabled. RUN!

  I’m not trashing the Dr as they were nit holistic at all for me but the MDVIP org has prompted me to write this.When I made the last quarterly payment I also included a separate note stating this is my last payment obligation which is a yearly contract and they were paid $500 plus per quarter.They keep sending me invoices and I have returned them the same notice if cancellation now twice.They have called 3 times since always during work when I am not often capable of answering ad I work in the Aircraft Maintenance Industry.I have returned their calls twice and had to wait for the next agent.After waiting I just had to hang up due to time restraints. This organization is like a cult and keep intruding after you drop them of which I met my obligations.

  Paid for a service and only got the wellness exam but when the Dr. Noticed I was severely anemic he never admitted me for an iron infusion and never gave me a refund he is doing fraud at mdvip Dr ******** n **** Texas on provincial. Never go here ***** outta money and won't refund the money from mdvip his company they always give a excuse someone will call you and never does and that there n the process to get a refund which never got. This happened n October of 2024. Mdvip needs investigating immediately from scamming patients money.

  I am a patient of Dr. Elizabeth C. in Hockessin, DE, and I could not be more grateful to be her patient. I am in my 70s and starting to experience age-related health issues including severe arthritis in my spine. Recently I have experienced severe pain in my back and am currently in the diagnosis stage to determine what is causing severe pain. Dr. C. has been there every step of the way for me. She has been in touch with my orthopedic surgeon to discuss a treatment plan. She has actually called me several times to follow up on my care. She was away for a few days and upon her return ON A FRIDAY EVENING she called me to find out how I was. She is researching several treatment plans for me. I have never received better or more attentive care. I hope to remain a patient of hers for many years!

  MDVip is a scam. No value for the money and doctors who are a part of it do so because they are in financial trouble. Unprofessional and incompetent customer service that causes financial harm to their members. Stay as far away as you can from ever doing business with this company or any doctor that is part of their network. They run unnecessary tests and do not let you cancel regardless of what they tell you.

  I am just starting MdVip. I wanted to keep my doctor of ************************************************************ membership card. I have sent 3 emails and 2 telephone calls so far and all I get is downdload it from the website. Well when you do that you get a black and white piece of paper not an orange plastic membership card. For the money I sure deserve a card and packet. Not a good start. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid.

  Our Dr is switching over to this program and will not see any patients who dont sign a contract. We have used our Dr for the past 15 years for routine check *** and occasional sick visits once or twice a year. I own my own company and pay $2800 a month for good insurance and now if we join it would be $3200 for me plus I would have to pay that for my wife and they still bill your insurance for the visit. What a scam. If they are asking you to pay 3200 per person your visits and test should all be free.

  The quality of service isnt worth the money they take. In fact, its worse than the regular care in many ways. The only thing thats better is that you can text your doctor any time.

  When my contract renewal came up I told them in writing (via email) that I wanted to leave MDVIP. They kept taking my money even though they did not have a signed contract. The only reason they eventually stopped was because my bank account details changed and they did not have a way to access my money any more. So they started sending letters and calling me trying to get me to give them more money. I finally called them back and explained why they would not be getting any more money from me. The representative wasn't even very apologetic. He just said that he saw all that information on my record. This company is awful. Would not recommend.

  I would like to leave a zero review. I joined thinking I would receive good care, and that I would be willing to spend significant money on myself. What a ripoff. I had a problem with the doctor I signed up with, and found out there are no other doctors in the Albuquerque metropolitan area, a city of almost one million, available. MDVIP had ONE other doctor in the area, who was full and not accepting new patients. I wanted to cancel my membership, but they insisted on the contract agreement. I don't want to spend the time and money contesting it, so I'm paying $2100 for a couple of rountine appointments. I also have received multiple letters saying that my most recent payment due was not received, when I did in fact make payment on time. I've sent multiple emails, without response and have called many times without getting through to anyone. On the rare occasions that I have spoken to anyone, they have not been able to resolve anything. Please avoid this "business" and don't get taken advantage of. I'm very sorry I ever even thought about this outfit. I hope I can help others avoid it.
