      Originally I had been on a subscription plan with Medix Select. I was going to cancel, but never received an email before the next order shipped.They will let me return this order, will give me the full refund, but they will not cover the shipping even though I never wanted this order.

      Medix received your complaint issued to the Better Business Bureau.  Your order for Limbex was refunded in full on 6/10/2025.
      Per our conversation, I am so glad that your post office was willing to Returned to Sender the package for free. We received it and the order was refunded in full the $79.90 on 6/10/2025.
      As I explained in our call, when you ordered a 3-month supply of Limbex on a SmartShip at a 33% discount you also get the FREE shipping with all orders. Therefore,when product is returned for a refund, we are incapable of refunding for the cost of returning the product as we cannot refund for more than what was charged.  Also, we do not have access to provide a return label. That is why we are clear on our returns policy. This is included on our packing slip as well as on our website.  
      From our conversation I really feels that this was all a huge misunderstanding, but I hope the refund would satisfy your request. We apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience.
      Again,we appreciate your interest in Medix Selects products and wish we could have resolved this issue without the use of the BBB complaint process.  In the future, if you have a question or issue with a Medix Select Order, please contact me directly and I will do everything I can to resolve the problem for you.  We hope that the refund you received, and this letter are satisfactory to consider the matter closed.
