************************* is a fraud and a coward.I set appointment to have blood work done at 4Ever Young at their **********, ** location.I was told by ************************* that after initial blood draw, I would have my lab results back in **** days & that he would be my contact throughout the process. ***** also stated that I could reach out to him via email at any time.A week after blood draw, ***** informed me that the four blood vials I provided to 4Ever Young was insufficient and asked me to come in for another blood draw.I informed ***** that four blood vials I provided is sufficient for labs, the blood draw by 4Ever Young was a horrible experience and I havent been able to work out as my arm is still sore & bruised since the blood draw a week earlier. I made it very clear to ***** that I do not want to go through that bad experience again and provided ***** with a picture of my bruised arm.***** assured me that he would forward picture of bruised arm to management, he would reach out to labs and he would keep me posted.A few days later, ***** stated that the lab would not complete blood work as promised, as the four vials of blood I provided was an insufficient specimen. ***** then asked me again to come back in so 4Ever Young can start the **************** again. At this point, I have no confidence in *****, 4Ever Young or the lab they work with, so I reminded him that Im not going through this again. I also asked ***** to confirm refund of $225 that 4Ever Young charged me for running labs they refuse to complete.When I originally met with *****, he prided himself on fact that he would be my contact & that he responds to all calls/emails at opening of each day.Since I requested refund, ***** has not responded at all. After a week, I reached out to ***** again and still he refuses to respond.I had no intention of posting a bad review for ***** or 4Ever Young, I just wanted a refund so I could move on.
