    I ordered from this company. Today I received a plastic envelope and There was nothing in it! It was empty! So I cannot find a phone number to contact them directly.

    Order placed 10/30/24. Paid $79.60. I have never received my order. I have contacted them repeatedly with no resolution.

    On May 25, 2025, BioVitta Wellness charged my **** for a VIP membership that I did not signup for in the amount of two charges of ***** for a total charge of *****. We do not wish to be on any VIP membership with BioVitta Wellness. We ordered one thing, one time for a Christmas Gift and we are now getting charged ***** on a monthly basis for a membership we don't use and don't want or need. I just got off the phone with customer support and the *** said he had to refer us to billing. It seems like a scam / grift to charge us for something we want no part of.

    I ordered a product from their website and tried to return it within the 30 return window and they wouldn't accept it or refund my money. This website is a scam ran out of *****. Do not trust them.

    I made a purchase from this company in early February 2025 that apparently came with a 30 day free trial of a "rewards program." In mid-April, my credit card was charged for "renewal" of the "rewards program." I never authorized it and disputed it through my credit card, but that was not successful. I have not been able to get a satisfactory response from the company that I will not receive any more charges.

    On April 4, 2025, I ordered one of Biovitta's ThermaCare Massage Wraps for $59.90. I noticed at that time that I was also automatically enrolled in their VIP membership - which would renew at $29.99 after 30 days - despite no desire on my part to enroll in that. I made a mental note to cancel that membership later. I did actually receive my massage wrap on April 19, but I ultimately decided not to keep it as my mother had gifted me a bigger heat wrap that covered my whole back. I did not open or use the Biovitta massage wrap, but I did open the shipping packaging to see what the wrap looked like. On April 25, I started emailing Biovitta support requesting a refund for my order, as offered by their original website. However, around that time, I also noticed that Biovitta's website had changed from one that had products listed to one that stated, "As of April 2025, Biovitta is no longer active but this page exists to support past customers." As a reminder, the website was fully operational and offering products on at least April 4 when I ordered my massage wrap. I also began using the Membership Cancellation form on Biovitta's new website to cancel my VIP membership. I did not receive any responses to either of these requests. I also tried calling Biovitta's help line for a few days until I was finally able to speak to someone who was ultimately unable to even find my order in their system. I continued emailing about my refund and submitting Membership Cancellation forms almost daily until April 29 when I finally received email confirmation that my VIP membership had been cancelled. On April 30, I finally received an email response from Biovitta regarding my refund request. Even though I had not even opened the massage wrap I ordered, Biovitta only offered me a 30% refund. Nevertheless, I emailed back saying I accepted this offer, but I have not heard back since that initial response on April 30 and I have not received any refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of whether or not you have "requested a refund from  in our system", I still have not received said refund. Until I receive my full refund, I will not be satisfied with this issue.

    Date of purchase - January 26, 2025 - Purchased: "BreatheEasy Apnea Machine Quantity: 2.0 Total: 39.9 Subtotal: ***** Shipping: 0.00 Total: 63.89"The business had a 30-day guarantee for any product issues. Item received after the 30-day timeframe and did not work. Several email attempts made to return the items and receive our money back. The business has responded via email saying it would be taken care of but it has not provided any information for return or follow up. We appreciate your assistance.

    On April 1st 2025 I purchased battery operated heated socks from Biovitta Wellness. When the socks arrived on April 20th they were not what I ordered. Instead of 2 pairs of battery operated heated socks as advertised on the website I received 1 pair of the cheapest, thinest ankle length pieces of fabric which I would barely call socks with no type of battery heating. When I contacted them they offered a 20% discount to keep them. I refused and said I want what I ordered. They then said the return process is complicated and they offered 50%. I declined and asked for address to return to get my full refund. They then told me they only give partial refunds depending on condition and again offered 50%discount. I already had told them I never wore them and these things aren't worth $2 much less the $30 I paid for them. I again asked for return address and full refund. I haven't heard from them yet. This is clearly fraud

    I am being charged a monthly fee for i don't know what?? I purchased Neuriva vitamins once which is the first charge on the uploaded document.

    This charge that was being made monthly was due to our subscription that is carried out when making the purchase in our store. But as shown in the attached images, your subscription has already been canceled, these monthly subscriptions will no longer be charged, and your money has already been refunded.
