I entered into contract with Venture Construction Group 08/17/2021. First insurance company went out of business and was taken over by Florida ********************* Venture negotiated the job with FIGA and was paid up front by FIGA $47,628.97 December 23, 2022 to: Reroof: was completed 05/15/2023 Replace gutter guards (Venture removed): $2,490.02 - Not replaced Replace back porch ceiling slat (leak damage) , ceiling cleaned and retained : $2,322.29 - The slat had dried out so I did agree for Venture to only clean and restain ceiling - Nothing has been done Replace damaged heavy duty screen panels : $2,933.99 Largest side panel of screen.- Not replaced. Smaller top panel screen. Temporarily repaired with packing tape. -Not replaced Third damaged top screen wasn't on settlement but I came home and Venture worker was replacing it with noticeably much lesser quality screen. screen which I rejected. - Not replaced. The last worker said he had ordered the correct screen. However, he had not ordered the gutter guards yet, but would and he would get back to me as soon as possible to complete work. The last time I heard from him was January 5, 2024 he texted " he was sorry it was taking so long to get back to me. Venture had sent him to another area." I have called and texted him and anyone else I have number for numerous times and left messages with no response. On the main number you either get a busy or can't complete at this time. I would appreciate if Venture would complete work and then I will pay my deductible $2500. Or me not pay the deductible, they pay me the difference for work over the deductible and release me so I can hire someone else to do work. Thank you for your cooperation.
