We signed a contract to replace our storm damaged roof with Venture Construction Group of Florida (Venture) on January 12, 2023. As we approach the 1 year anniversary of the signing of the contract, Venture has delayed the work at every step, promised to meet revised time lines and provided limited communication and excuses. Venture was paid the agreed upon $62,180 by my insurance company on May 3, 2023. After attempts to communicate with Venture a notice of commencement was filed on June 23, 2023. July 21, I was told the operations manager was going to focus on and resolve residential situation. A work permit was subsequently approved, but not picked up by Venture until after August 16. Finally in early November, Venture removed the damaged tiles and began installation of the underlayment moisture barrier. Promises were made to return and finish the job the first week of ****. Venture did not show and did not provide any explanations or new promises.Venture should either complete the roof replacement within the month or return the $62,180 to me so I can locate another roofing company

We won a claim with our insurance company, gave them the $30,000 check and 4 months later they have not replaced the roof. We are getting them to court! What a *****!!!

Our contact with VCGof ** was *************************** who disappeared last month. Now, appears ******************************* ("Restoration Specialist") who said he will replace ******************. We need to know Who can endorse the Insurance checks. We left messages in his cell phone, .......,no response.Our sister, ******************* is also a customer VCG OF **, and ******************************* is also her contact specialist. She is also dissatisfied because yesterday (3/27/2023) he did not show up for an appointment and called her the next day, telling that "he had an emergency" and re-schedule for today at 1 PM (3/28/2023). Stand by.......

Did a great job in getting my insurance claim submitted and the check issued. Now that they have the money I hear very little from them. Patiently waiting for an update on getting ******* replaced. Do not return phone calls or respond to text messages

This company does not help veterans! Especially veteran's that are about to deploy! It's 3 years and we're still getting the runaround!! They took the money from our insurance company to fix our home 2 years ago, and we are still displaced. My husband will be deploying to Afghanistan in January and would like his family safe in there home before he deploys.
