    Tiles on the Spa were installed crooked. When they cracked, they were pieced together. That is not what we paid for. Tiles by the gate were cut crooked as well and keep the gate from property closing. At minimum, this is a safety issue. We have contacted them MANY times, NO SHOW. Excuse after excuse.

    I paid ******* to have my pool deck painted and sealed in October 2023. I had to stay on top of the business to get this scheduled, once it was done, the grass started to grow 2 weeks after it was sealed. I emailed ***** and she gave the run around for months, until I finally showed up to their office in January2024, when I expressed my discontent and asked for my money back she agreed to send another worker, it is now Feb 2024 and the paint on my deck is completely coming off, if there is wind the paint just flies off which tells me it wasnt sealed properly. I am extremely upset because I feel they stole my money. I want them to return my money or call to have this deck redone properly.

    Patios Pools Driveways, *** was not aware **************** is having any issues with her pool deck. **************** has not contacted the office by phone or email since January 8, 2024.
    **************** hired PPD, *** to stain and seal her pool deck. The project was completed on August 29, 2023. On November 6, 2023 **************** sent pictures of the paint peeling in a few areas.Due to the Holiday season, office closures and crew members being on vacation we arrived at ****************`s and completed the repair on 1/2/2024.
    **************** was not satisfied with the repair since she wanted the entire pool deck repainted and resealed,not just the areas of peeling paint that were already fixed.
    As a courtesy we repainted and resealed the entire pool deck on 1/5/2024. **************** called to say she was very happy and the pool deck looks great.
    There has been no further communication from **************** since.
    It would have been very easy for **************** to contact the office directly with pictures of any areas that *** need attention. PPD will reach out to **************** directly and if an area on the pool deck needs attention we will schedule a repair.

    I am rejecting this response because: *********** reached out both in phone communication and in email, the last of the thread is displayed in the attached image. They said they would get back to me on the 2nd of April to let me know IF they could get an installer out by the end of the week... It is now Tuesday, the 9th and I have not heard from them since. I also personally spoke to ***, the owner of the company, he too agreed that he would look into it, and send someone out to get this resolved. Since our conversation, I have NOT received an email, nor a call. As I previously stated, this has been an ongoing issue since JULY of 2023, and I am the one always reminding them to get back to me. I am beyond frustrated.

    **************** was informed when the owner personally called her that her repair would be scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. The repair is scheduled for Friday April 12,2024. The only reason PPD was made aware **************** needed a repair was by receiving her initial complaint, so although **************** says she has been dealing with this for months she never once called or emailed the office. PPD calls to confirm scheduled ********** hours prior to the repair date.

    I had my pool refinished with this company in June. I did the 30 day start up with someone the company recommended. At some point, I'm not sure exactly when, I did notice that the water level was going down. I had to fill my pool several times. I reached out to this company to ask for any recommendations or help 3 times in a span of two weeks. I kept getting told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I knew there was a leak somewhere and no one was helping me so I hired a leak company to come out. I had to pay $345 for them to come out. They did indeed find a leak in the skimmer. The skimmer was new and was replaced by this company. This should have been looked at by my company who initially did the skimmer in the first place. I need the skimmer and leak to be fixed immediately and a refund of $345 that I had to pay for the leak company to come out when it should have been this company who should have come out and detected this leak in the first place. I then called the company to let them know that I hired a leak company and that the leak was in the skimmer, which they replaced. Again I was told that they would call me back. I still have not heard from them.

    This company did respond and said that they are working on getting someone over (Ive been contacting them for 3 weeks now stating that I had a leak in my pool). They also said for me to sign the invoice that they sent over. The invoice was for another $1500 dollars. This skimmer was bran new and just put in by them. There should in no way be a leak this soon. Now they are asking me for more money to fix something that was done on their end. I am appalled.

    Hi please disregard the previous email sent. It was in error. The $1500 they were asking for was in a thread from a previous email. The email back was that they were trying to get someone out early this week.

    Patios Pools Driveways, *** was alerted about ************** skimmer leaking on 7/31/23. A repair work order was submitted and the leak was fixed on 8/15/23. We were unable to complete the repair any sooner due to the daily rain and the crews not being able to work.
