    Ordered in November. Every few weeks called to check in the status of my order Just received it in will be processing for shipment in the next week. Id say you said that last time. I honestly cant believe the BBB doesnt do more. Its obvious these people use peoples money and there is no product.

    Following 2 weeks of no updates to my order for dining chairs (shows as "In Process") I called customer service and they stated the chairs are in inventory but the warehouse isn't shipping anything until February 5th (3 business days from now). Given the consistency of my experience to others that have posted I have no confidence they will ship anytime soon and am thusly canceling the order. I strongly recommend not purchasing from this vendor.

    Hi **** - We are very sorry for the delays. We have had a major backlog at our warehouse and are working diligently to have all orders released and shipped as soon as possible. 

    We were advised that orders will begin to flow quicker starting the week of February 5th which is the date you were given by our customer service team. 

    Again, our apologies as this is out of our normal shipping speed but due to unforeseen delays, we are a bit behind.

    I am trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt due to the holiday rush, etc., but I ordered an item two months ago, and I keep getting told theyre backlogged on shipping but are getting caught up. Interesting that theres no backlog on charging for the items immediately after it being placed, but theres a huge backlog on shipping. Maybe Homethreads could move some of their billing personnel into their shipping department. Just a thought

    I ordered a bathroom vanity on 11/12/23 and now 11 weeks later it is still not here and I've received absolutely no updates. Every time I call customer service I'm told "2 more weeks and it will ship". I will NEVER order from Homethreads again and will advise everyone looking for a vendor to steer clear of Homethreads.

    The absolute WORSE customer experience of any buying experience I have ever had. DO NOT make a purchase with this company! Save your time and your money. I placed an online order for four dining room chairs and two months later, I still do not have the chairs. Initially, I made contact because several days passed and I did not receive a shipping conversation email. I made contact and was told there was a delay in shipping and I should expect my order to ship in 3 days. Each time I reached out thereafter, it was no better, 5 more days or one more week and so on. If there is a warehouse issue, DO NOT have the product available online to be purchase. If there is a warehouse issue, get your freaking warehouse in order. The absolute worse!

    I ordered a cabinet from Homethreads and I was charged up front for this order. It was slated due to ship on 1/16/24 and it has not. I have messaged to follow up on my order but have been told that it is in process. First-the company SHOULD NOT CHARGE until items are shipped. This feels like a scam and I am very frustrated.Of note, I ordered this item over a month ago.

    Hi ******* - We are very sorry for the delays in shipping your order. We have been experiencing a major backlog at our warehouse which is causing certain orders to be delayed. We are working as quickly as we can to get all orders released and shipped. 

    In regard to the payment processing - we only have one time to capture payment which is at checkout. We do not store customer's private information which is the reason there is no waiting period in seeing that charge on your account. 

    I can promise you, there is no scam.

    Their shipping timeframes are falsely advertised. I made an order of the Commix couch on 12/28 where a 5-7 day ship out window was advertised. However, when 7 days rolled around, my order was still in progress so I called to inquire about my order only to be told that the new expected ship out date was 1/18. Today (the 18th) my order has still not been shipped out so I called again, only to be told that the estimated ship out date would be the week of 1/29 or later. It is unreasonable that they're estimating my order be shipped out month after the promised ship out window, I don't even know if they'll be able to ship it out by the 29th. Who knows, with this company it could take weeks after despite their verbal guarantees to me on the phone. Not to mention, I got no email notification, I had to call customer service myself to ask about my order. Such a lack of transparency.

    The tv stand I ordered at the beginning of November 2023 still is not here. It was in stock when I ordered it and every time I reach out to Homethreads, the shipping date is extended longer. Im disappointed and my new home is still unfinished

    Caveat Emptor! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! I ave had not one but TWO hideous experiences trying to get the acrylic dining chairs I have long since paid for. I only ordered a single chair the first time because I wanted to me sure I liked the chair and it "fit" in my space. The process was miserable as everyone below has stated. So, I thought I got smart and emailed the director of customer service BEFORE I ordered the second chair, asking them how long for fulfillment and shipping. Based on that info ( which was made up out of whole cloth I can now see) I ordered a second chair. Shame on me. So here I sit writing non-ntop email to *********threads,com and all of it is to NO avail. They cannot/ do not provide tracking info because THEY DO NOT KNOW! They pretend the product is "in stock" but it is really in stock in ***** and whenever it arrives, it arrives. They are a total mess.

    When I bought my vanity is showed it was in stock. Its been many weeks and my full bath remodel about done and no vanity!! Still sitting and not in transit- I will be letting my friends architecture and contractors know not to use this company. ****-
