  This Flexlending , had to switch jobs almost 4 months ago. I called them to ask for their help, to continue with lower payments until I would be able to pay them in full, they said no. I did warn them that I would have no choice to put a stop to their payments, they use a secondary bank call sstbbank to do their dirty work, they withdrew money from my account, I was almost 45 days negative in my account. I keep calling them to ask for a settlement. You call, they hanged up on you after ******************************************************************** to the credit companies twice for a payday loan. I was on the phone last Friday for almost a hr, until they transferred me to an English speaker person, she was nice, and I don't blame her,and she understood my frustration. I took like 3 loans from Flexlending, I paid them on time, the last one I wasn't expecting for my previous job to cut my hrs, I did not hide from them. I called many times to resolve this problem, but they refused, I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me after a month. The representative that was able to speak with me, said that they still have to wait for Flexlending to get back with them to see if they approve the settlement, from $1500, to $1100.00. Flexlending you are an abuse company, you bully people, you take an advantage of them. Since you refuse to talk to me, if you report me one more time, I will do whatever it takes even getting in deep depth to come after you. My name is *****************************. This relates to an Installment Loan with Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank as Lender, arranged and serviced by FlexLending, LLC.  SST preforms the servicing on the Loan.  SST had made attempts to reach the borrower however those efforts were unsuccessful.  On 10/18/22, SST and the borrower did speak and a mutually amendable settlement in full offer was reached.  If the borrower has any further question, please feel free to reach out directly to SST or FlexLending:  email: ***********@myflexlending.com

  "My Flex Lending" is absolutely the worst financial institution I have ever attempted to perform a transaction of ant kind with. My review can only begin to outline the experience a consumer can expect if they fall for the lies this bank uses to draw them in. Some of their practices should be (and I have found "are") illegal. I was not surprised to find that they are already being examined by reputable people such as the BBB and Banking Affairs. There's not anything I would enjoy more than to elaborate in more detail about the deception tactics they practice and the effects it can have up to and including destroying the common consumer's lives. Under the advisement of an attorney, all I can share with my fellow society is BEWARE and do your homework before committing your good word. Check with the ones that know better than I, such as the Better Business Bureau. I am giving these folks a One (1) Star rating for the only reason being that there is not an option to provide a "negative" value of Stars rating.

  I believe *** C put it best. And their response is WRONG. What regulatory practices do they adhere to? They're a predatory lender, period. Present one thing, and give another, with terms that accommodate only them. Essentially, they are loan ******. 100%+ interest rates. What state would allow this legally if you're not jumping through some loop hole. It's BAD business practice. Even worse - TAB bank gives the funds - and SST/Flex (one and the same) manage the account. So my guess is, Flex/SST are the interest gougers, and TAB gets some cut.****.
