    I contacted array on 05/14/2024 after noticing several soft inquiries on credit report. I called several times and no one has returned any of my calls. My concern is Array is pulling my data and providing it to another individual without my consent. I never authorized array to access my credit report and share my data with anyone. I have not applied for any new credit nor do I have an auto loan or property manager in which array advised their companies services. This company is fraudulently accessing my credit report through soft inquires and providing this data to a company I did not authorize to access my information. I am seeking damages of ****** and I would like to follow through with seeking criminal charges against this company and their client

    Array is a B2B service provider of consumer credit tools to financial institutions and consumer financial services companies. Any inquiry that appears would be related to a request made by the complainant, as a customer of a business that utilizes **********************'s services. Because Array is a B2B service company and does not provide services directly to consumers, we ask that this complaint be removed.
