      07/17/23 I paid Royal Dental $331.40 for a service that ************* was not able to perform . I have been requesting my money for a long time and it has been months and they are telling me so many different excuses as of today 1/11/24 . I have not received my refund .I was not able to dispute the charges . They do charge at front and never return $ that doesnt belong to them

      ********************** date of birth 09/04/1943, paid for a partial from Polo Dental. ***** had to go back twice for the mold creation as their lab messed it up. We paid $600 out of pocket for upgraded material for the partial. The wax mold arrived in early October and she had an appointment for a fitting on 10/27/23. The office called and cancelled stating the dentist wouldnt be there. Her name was *****. When pressed to reschedule the appointment, she said she doesnt know when the dentist will be in. I called again yesterday to reschedule the appointment and again ***** said they have no updates.I requested to just come in pick up the mold and go to another polo dental office. She said they are not even in the office at all and no one is there. She gave me the ********* office number . I then requested that she make note to office manager that we need the wax mold or our money back. She stated she would pass it on. Polo dental in *************** only has voicemail as does the polo dental in Naples. We stopped by ********* office and its locked up tight and housekeeper stated she hasnt seen anyone in that office at all. We need the mold and our money back as they e already billed our insurance for the other appointments.
