    Company emails me 10 to 15 times a day it's so annoying, no matter how many times i block the email another pops up.

    I get emails from them all the time. At least 20 or more a day and I cant get them to stop. Ive unsubscribed and blocked the sender however, its a RoboEmail that changes part of their email each time they send a new email. At the emails are in triplets!! You cant get them to stop. I am going to have to use a new email address and Ive had this one for years.

    The company appears to make loans at a low interest rate then they tell you they dont make loans but are a debt relief company. Then they use call spoofing to call you using fake phone numbers from all around the country.

    I had an agreement with Greenwise Financial Solution to settle a debt on August 19, 2022 .They had withdrawn from my bank account two payments of $ ****** for Aug. 25, 2022 and October 24, 2022. **************** has called me concerning my account, however, it seem like the customer service was confuse about my account. My wife and daughter was involved in an automobile accident. I'm having a hardship making payments towards my debt because her treatment and medical condition September 22, 2022.

    We have been in contact communication regarding his contact with the BBB. ************** is currently enrolled and active in our program.

    He advised us he was going to remove the complaint he filed with the BBB, which is why our response was delayed.

    On February 14, 2023 we spoke with client and client advised that "the client said they tried to remove the review but all they can do is comment again I asked if she can leave a positive review then said she will work on it "

    I went with green wise financial to help consolidate my debt i have made 2 payments of 254..17 told me they would get a hold of my credit card people and stop all calls from them told i would have account on my computer tried to contact them about issues with it and got hung up on twice, im getting 4 or 5 calls a day from my credit card debts plus multiple emails from them . i wish i would have never went with this company i think there out to take money from people and not helping them

    There is no ledger or information given when asked about progress. They also negotiated with an account and when I agreed to it after asking many times on recorded conversations and per email and text....the induced amount was only and inducing to not additional and I have record of them stating not additional no extra money needed. Well they retracted their offer for me and caused me so much stress and more money after I had to drop them from greenwise. This is a scam a scam and they do not communicate and ***** and ***** have no clue what they are doing
