This company called a if I had legal issues. Left a voice mail So I called the number they provided in vm (which was different from the number on fleet id) to find out this is a debt collection business. I have no debt that would be in collections. All collections debt I had was cleared in 2016. I regularly check my credit report and nothing is there so this is annoying! Is there ANY WAY someone can prevent these illegitimate companies from contacting consumers? I take my credit seriously and I don't appreciate the scare tactics these companies use; especially for debt that is non-existentInitial Complaint

Zenith Financial Network DBA Zenith Debt and Zenith Pre-Legal has repeatedly called me from multiple phone numbers to "collect a debt" and directed me to their website zenithdebt.com. (Note: their website is unsecured and has changed hosting providers multiple times in the last year.) Considering it was reminiscent of a scam, I attempted to call the phone number back. No live agents were available, and again was directed back to their misspelled, unsecured website. I've never received written correspondence from this company, nor has any indication of a debt been reported to credit agencies.Upon further research, this company is attempting to collect a debt for a company with which I have not conducted business in over 20 years. Not only do I not owe a debt, the statutes of limitations would have long expired.I had not choice but to email the company to request a do not contact and my intent to file legal action against them if further contact occurs. This company is a scam so I am filing this complaint formally to warn other of their illegal actions.Initial Complaint

Daily harassing phone calls from different numbers to my phone about an alleged debt from over 10 years ago. No valid information about the alleged debt only requesting payment. I think not! Do whatever legal follow up you need to as I have told you over the phone and I will challenge in court. Stop calling and threatening me with legal service Do what you have to do.Initial Complaint

Zenith calls me early in the morning, at work, and late at night several times a day. The debt was taken care of with a police report and a payoff sometime in 2002-2003. A bank/debit card was stolen and had $3,000 charged on it. My Partner and I paid $300 to close the account and what we were responsible for after the report was filed. I cannot get any of the paperwork to prove that it was paid. He passed away recently and I didn't have any of his paperwork. The Bank also went out of business as well. If I honestly owe any money I would be willing to pay it. He may not have paid what he had promised. I cannot shut off my phone because it is also used for my work business phone. It hurts to get calls like this threatening me with a lawyer and taking my paycheck. I cannot go and ask my Partner if he paid the bill. I can't ask his family for a death certificate or any paperwork either. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Company **** called me several times saying they are about to file a legal claim on my outstanding debt from "Bank of ********". Then provided a website and phone number to settle this. Checked the website and using only my phone number and last 4 of SS# it pulled up only payment options with ZERO explanation or relevant info regarding this supposed debt i owed. The was claiming to be over $530, but they'd settle today for $163. Or a 12 mo payment plan totalling just over $280. This all seemed sketch at best, so I called them back and was only allowed to leave a message... I did so leaving my name & phone number; the next day a person with an east Indian accent returned my call, and regurgitated the same sparse information about what I supposedly owed. To which I asked the following questions: 1. When was this debt accrued? 2. Who did I originally owe the money too? 3. Why haven't I seen any paperwork in the mail about this? 4. What is your physical address to send payment to if this is a real debt? 4. They said they sent info.. so I asked which address they sent to? It was a 15 year old address, and I do not believe they sent anything anyway. The first person I spoke with asking these questions soon said they were having "system issues" and would have to call me back. I said OK, and did not hear back until the next day. The second person was basically also unable to provide any information beyond the last 4 of my social, the "Bank of ********" debtor, and my 15 year old address. When I pressed on how this wasn't my debt and how they have not provided me adequate info to show otherwise, she switched tactics to insulting my character for not paying my bills etc, and eventually transferred me to the same robo message I had been called from many times before....then it hung up on me.Initial Complaint

I keep getting phone calls from Zenith Debt saying a debt will be forwarded to a local law firm. When looking at their website zenithdebt.com what is showing is a balance from a company I have never done business with. No phone number is left for me to call and no where on the website can i find how to access a customer service person. I do not owe this debt and need these people to STOP!
