3 starsBooking and all went well, and then it didnt. I was guaranteed a pick up day and then a week later they finally picked up my truck. I cant complain about the driver he had my car to me in 3 days. But the lack of communication is ridiculous.

1 starCareful! This company will give you a good quote, agree to a quick delivery and get you to sign and pay. Then, they will NO SHOW WITH NO CONTACT TO YOU. When we called, they claimed mechanical issues and then made no further attempt to pick up the time sensitive vehicle. When we called to cancel because they did not pick up the vehicle, they would not refund our money. Their contract says no refunds due to mechanical issues, and the **** WAS COMPLETE. I don't believe they had any mechanical issues nor any intention to get the vehicle. Easy money for them.Shipyourcarnow, LLC

We understand how frustrating it can be when things dont go as plannedespecially when a shipment is time-sensitive.
We want to clarify that the mechanical issue with the carrier was, unfortunately, a legitimate and unforeseen circumstance. We did communicate the issue to you and attempted to find an alternative solution. We regret that we were unable to secure a backup carrier in time to meet your schedule.
That said, we take full accountability for the inconvenience caused in this case we agreed it was the right thing to do and issued a full refund. A $400 payment was refunded on 07/23, and the remaining $189 balance was processed for refund on 07/24 which combined makes this customer whole.
We also want to strongly refute the claim that this was a scam. ShipYourCarNow has been in business for over 16+ years and has successfully shipped hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We are proud to have an overwhelming about of 5-star reviews across multiple sites, an A+ rating with the BBB and a long-standing reputation for reliability and transparency.
We are committed to providing reliable service, and were genuinely sorry this experience didnt meet those standards.Review fromESTEBAN V

1 starEverything went smooth, until it did not. **** ******** handled my booking and apparently handed it over to his ***** ***** ********* (avoid working with this person at all costs). After sending off my vehicle, I followed up repeatedly with both **** and ***** to check on the delivery status; **** would reply, asking ***** for an update, and no response. This happened for weeks in a row, until I escalated the issue. Turns out my car had been at the port FOR MONTHS and he went quiet after I asked. The port company (*******) then charged me an additional $900 for storage when IT IS THE BROKERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM ME OF THE CAR'S ARRIVAL. ***** has the audacity to tell me that it is the port company's responsibility to inform me, and that is not the case. I paid a broker for a service and his lack of communication cost me a lot of money. I have an email thread of everything: even the transport company they used emailed me proof that they sent arrival confirmation directly to *****. Now, they have all gone quiet, refusing to help. Even their claims department does not know how proceed with my case. ShipMyCarNow does not deserve a BBB rating at all. Filing a legal complaint would cost me even more money that the financial strain ***** caused me, therefore I am screwed. To anyone reading, use an actual transport company, not snake-oil brokers that will break the contract and get away with it.Review fromGredta H

This was my first time shipping a car across country and you allayed all my fears. It was so smooth and seamless with absolute zero problems! In fact, I contacted them 2 days before needing to have my SUV shipped and the next day I was informed my car would be shipped the next day! It was an absolute fantastic experience and I can’t thank Joe ( I believe that was his name) enough. I would 100% use ShipYourCarNow LLC again!Review fromCarla H
