    Arranged for a vehicle to be transported from ******** to ***** and were given a 3-5 business day window for the delivery and pick up of the car. After waiting the given time we still do not have the car nor an update on why it has not moved since being received and taken to a dirt lot and left to sit open for 4 days. It has occurred to me that this "company" is run by one man, who while at first was very professional in getting our car picked up from us however now seems unreasonably hesitant to give us any concrete help at this stage or a better reason as to how this misjudgment of delivery time could have possibly occurred after assuring us many times that the car would arrive on time.

    After reviewing this complaint we noticed a few things that were failed to be mentioned. The customers car was picked up by are local flatbed and brought to the carrier. This is normal procdure in this indursty given the fact a large semi truck with a trailer full of cars can not safely get in and out of residential areas very well. When this happens the unit is brought to a safe, scured and monitiored lot while the other units get picked up and brought there as well in order to fill up the rest of the truck. That process takes a few days somtimes which is not uncommon. We have been in touch with the customer everyday prior to pick up and since pickup and the dispatch department has been as well. The customer had a spicific request for the vehicle to be delivered after a certain date and we are honoring that request. We told the customer it will be delivered this weekend or Monday at the latest pending any weather, traffic and other unforseen delays. We are on track for Sunday / Monday delivery which is what we said and have plans on doing. We will do are best to get the vehicle there ASAP and ****** which is the #1 priority.
